We spend as much time as possible exploring this area and are always amazed at the new discoveries that we make even living here all these years. We love to be outdoors enjoying the different scenes of Asheville. Whether it's catching a great musical act, walking around the lake, hiking to the views, camping with friends, partaking of the amazing food and beer choices, or looking for the hidden waterfalls, there is always something to do around here.

Why they chose this property

In 2018 we joined efforts with local artist Brian Monteleone to purchase this little gem and it's surrounding property. We purchased this property with the intention of providing an alternative to folks wanting to come and visit our beautiful area and not stay in hotel. We love taking old properties and loving them back to life. This home is situated in a very unique location . It has that urban, industrial vibe , but it's cool and charming at the same time. We hope you enjoy the attention to detail, creativity, and love that went into this project.

What makes this property unique

This property's location was the biggest draw. This home is located right along the new up and coming river corridor in Woodfin, NC.
The Semi-Industrial/Residential area was the perfect location for revitalization and convenience to all of Asheville's amenities.
