Custom Built Lake House

Gorgeous clean new home sitting on Audubon Lake with breathtaking views, very quiet neighborhood, huge kitchen with cooking/baking supplies and seasonings, outdoor covered patio with extending deck and pergola over the water perfect for kicking back and watching the sunset as you grill or feed the fish; perfect getaway! 20 minutes from ocean & casinos!!

Views of the lake from the kitchen and living room windows make this home the perfect getaway to relax. With the exception of the carpeted bedroom and tiled bathroom, the home is wood floor throughout. In addition to the master bedroom, two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and another bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has its own television connected to WiFi/chrome cast. The home has new kitchen and laundry appliances available for you to use. Our absolute favorite feature is the deck that extends from the patio with a modern pergola (built December 2019). We love feeding the fish and turtles. Our outdoor kitchen (grill, sink, and mini fridge) completes the outdoor space to make it the perfect destination to enjoy your stay. Keesler AFB is 30 minutes away, and the closest beach only 20 minutes driving. Don't forget about the casinos!

The Lake House was the perfect stay for our family trip. We had plenty of space and loved the water view off the back. The subdivision is really nice and the host was very responsive to any questions that we had. We would recommend and would stay there again if we are in the Biloxi or Gulfport, MS area.

Perfect home base for group trip

My mother, myself and two friends stayed in this lovely home while we were in town for two weeks for a horse show. It was perfect- clean and spacious, with lovely welcoming touches. The back patio is dreamy with a view over a pond that’s perfect for morning coffees and pre-dinner drinks. The host was wonderful- so responsive and a wealth of useful information in the house. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

We had 9 people at the house for dinner and there was no shortage of space to hang out. The deck was a big hit. Everyone did there own thing and it still would have been comfortable with another 4-5 people. If you are looking for a comfortable house to hang out at or bring family to you will not be disappointed.

Simply Beautiful

My family and I immensely enjoyed our stay at the lake house last weekend. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. The shower in the master bath was awesome. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the lake as well. My granddaughter loved watching the turtles, too. Tanya was just a a phone call away. She was so helpful and friendly. We stayed here for a family trip looking for a house with outdoor deck. There was a private small lake in the backyard with the dock going right up to the water. We found what we were looking for in a house and neighborhood.. The house was very clean and spacious. My husband and I are originally from Texas, but we have lived nomadically in over 60 different short term rental listings over the past several years while finishing medical school and rotating through residency. We have stayed in 22 different states and 14 countries, and fell in love with staying in short term rentals. We have made life long friends and consider these experiences to be some of the best (and considerably better for your wallet than the hotel option). We are very excited to have bought our very own home where we are happy to be able to offer the short-term rental experience to others.

Why they chose this property

We actually purchased this home with guests in mind; guests were not the afterthought. We love that we feel like we're on vacation whenever we use the property ourselves, and it's perfect for hosting small events and gatherings. With it's proximity to the water (backyard and the nearby beach), casinos, the outlet mall, and so many great things to do, it's the perfect place.

What makes this property unique

It's hard to beat the backyard--especially when the geese, ducks, bullfrogs, and turtles visit. You don't have much in the way of city sounds. Nothing is more comforting than falling asleep to the sounds of nature. Don't miss the short neighborhood walking trail through the trees right off the backyard near the water.
