About this property

Individual rents house of 50 m² (+ 25m² terrace) in Saint Pierre la Mer with private pool at the residence. For 6 persons
Rental from Sunday to Sunday (avoid all traffic jams on Saturday)

Located 7 minutes walk from the beach and the daily market and backing onto the Clape massif.
House composed of:
- living room with fitted kitchen area (hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker ...) also fridge and large 4-drawer freezer.
- Sleeping area semi-closed by a wardrobe with a pull-out sofa (2 sleeps 1 person) and a TV
- separate WC
- Shower room with washing machine available and shower with window
- mezzanine with double bed, dressing room and storage area
- veranda with bz, TV corner, dining area opening onto the terrace.
The terrace is equipped with a garden sofa, high table and 4 armchairs, sunbathing area, barbecue and storage chest (with outdoor games), approximately 25m², facing south west.
We also provide:
- 2 adult bikes
- baby kit (cot + high chair + potty)
- library with books
A reserved parking space is located next to the terrace.
2 possible entrances: a kitchen side and a terrace side.
The residence is equipped with a swimming pool and pétanque courts.

Saint Pierre la Mer is a family resort with 8 km of sand, a traditional market in the morning and a craft market in the evening (every day).

The situation of the house makes it possible not to use your vehicle during all your stay.

Très beau séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. La maison est est très confortable, bien agencé et spacieuse. Les propriétaires ainsi que les personnes qui nous ont reçu sur place ont été particulièrement gentils.

séjour impeccable

Appartement très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour une famille avec un bébé (chaise haute, pot ...). Consommable disponible (lessive, liquide vaisselle, éponge, sac poubelle ...). Emplacement impeccable : 7 min de la plage, proximité avec les commerces. Location facile à trouver, avec une place de parking. Petit bémol : la remise des clé par la conciergerie. En effet être appelé le matin à 11h pour une arrivée entre 16 et 18h avec de la route, c'est pas très professionnel. Un appel la veille aurait été grandement apprécié !
