Additional comforts include portable A/C units in the primary and second bedrooms, along with a newly installed (2022) mini-split system in the main living area, providing efficient heating and cooling for the kitchen and adjacent spaces.

Non-refundable $500 Administrative Fee, Cleaning Fee $495 (Linen Included), $250 Refundable Security Deposit, plus applicable state and local taxes. Please note that if excess trash is left at departure, the $250 Refundable Security Deposit will be withheld.
