Sunset bay vacation cottage, view of lake and beach, beach area .Located across from lake front homes on dead end street , very short walk to beach with lifeguard and beach bar/restaurant. Shady Drive , Sunset Bay , Irving N.Y. 14081
Two bedrooms with A/C , 2 double beds, one twin bunk. Open living room / kitchen floor plan, remodeled bathroom, backyard deck and lawn.Fully furnished kitchen, cleanly maintained with recently updated appliances, mattresses, and bathroom, blankets & pillows. NO bed sheets or linens PROVIDED unless requested. Flat screen TV and stereo/ cd player. Pack light and enjoy Sunset Bay activities.
Suited for responsible adults, deck table & chairs, picnic table, gas grill and beach chairs provided. Rents Sat. to Sat., move in at 11:30 am , no bed sheets, toiletries or linens. Grocery and other stores are close by .No pets, outdoor fires, tents or trailers. No weekends in July or August.
