This brand new & fully stocked home is in a great neighborhood close to Downtown. You will be close to many wonderful locations in Pensacola including the Sander's Beach, The Oar House, Pensacola Pier, and Palafox st. This house is ideal for anyone who likes being downtown and is looking to explore Pensacola from a central location or guests who just want to relax.

The home has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. It also includes a 45" Tv. The other 2 bedrooms both have queen beds. You can easily fit your whole crew. The living room is equipped with a 50” TV, and Youtube TV to assure there will never be a dull moment.

The master bedroom has a “ready to snuggle” King bed, and an ensuite bathroom. With another 2 bedrooms each stocked with a lush queen mattress, there will be plenty of room for your group to spread out.

Don’t want to spend your time indoors? Hang out in the backyard. For the early birds, don’t miss the spectacular sunrise over Pensacola Bay.

**We do not provide Propane for the BBQ grill**

•No smoking in this Pensacola house for 4, please. We want to keep it looking (and smelling) super fresh for all guests.

•No parties or events are to be hosted here. Please respect the right of your neighbors to live peacefully and quietly by keeping noise levels low at all times, but especially between 10PM and 8AM.
•Check-in is anytime after 4PM. Please check out by 11AM
•Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $599. You agree to pay for any damages you cause to the home
•Please remove shoes upon entry.

The property was clean and comfortable. The property manager communicated very well and the check in/out process was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay an extra night. We definitely would stay there again in the future.

The GOOD, THE BAD & the UGLY

We checked out at 9am. Your place was nicely renovated. Good job. We put trash bags in gabage can outside home. We followed your instructions for departing with extra efforts. We even cleaned & disinfected the refrigerator, kitchen & bath before & after use. My sister is a germaphobic. I was disappointed that the bed linen was soiled, dirty in the King bedroom. At my request you had the sheets changed but the dirty pillowcases remained on the bed. Luckily, we travel with our own pillowcases. See attachment of photos of the aforementioned. Also, an apology for dirty linen would be in proper order. Thank you for an otherwise pleasant place for my family & me while visiting Pensacola. Maybe next time it will be even better.
