Experience the beauty and serenity in this newly remodeled Seagrove Villa. Wild Dunes has it all. From the beautiful beaches to the world-class golf, there is no shortage of exceptional natural beauty. There is no place better to spend your next vacation than right in the resort center! The Seagrove community of well maintained condominiums, lush greenery, and community pool is centrally located within walking distance of the Grand Pavilion, Conference Center, Villages, and Wild Dunes shops and restaurants. In addition to location, this amazing villa has been completely renovated. A brand new kitchen, new bathrooms, and of course updated furnishings allow this to be a luxury villa.

Upon entering the villa you are greeted by the modern kitchen which includes custom cabinetry, open-faced shelves, granite counter-tops, and upscale stainless steel appliances. The large work area and bar provides seating with four new bar stools. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cookware and serving pieces needed for a delicious meal for the whole family.

The living room provides comfortable seating for everyone to gather around and relax while enjoying the 50" flat screen television after a long day at the beach. The dining table tucked under the floating stairs seats four. The guest bedroom and common area bath are also on this floor as well. The first bedroom is on the first floor and offers a King size bed, TV, and it's own private bathroom.

Upstairs is the master suite. Here you will find a new king size bed, a TV, private bathroom, and a newly finished bunk bed area.

For added convenience, this villa offers a washer and dryer, WiFi, and covered parking for 2 vehicles. Plus, you can easily access the pool and beach from the back balcony. What more could you ask for.....Book your stay today for this amazing villa at 7C Seagrove Villa!

Beautiful home and great location

We loved our stay at seagrove. The unit is very close to the pool, beach and short walk to the main resort and dining. A few extra amenities such as earlier check-in, later checkout and beach towels, etc would make this stay perfect. Overall though we really enjoyed our stay.

The place was beautiful and fit what we needed however, the rain we had during our stay left a water stain on the ceiling and my only actual complaint would be the dusting of the exhaust fans were pretty dirty. Could use a good dusting, plus it being a fire hazard for sure. Other than those two things, it was a magnificent stay. Thank you

Excellent vacation

My mom, daughter and I went on a girl’s trip. We had an amazing time. The place is beautiful and is exactly how it is described online. The location is perfect, and you are able to use the Wild Dunes pools and reserve chairs. The walk to the beach was fast and easy. My only downside was the cellphone reception, but that could have just been me. We loved our time there and would love to go back.

Beautiful condo in great location

We certainly enjoyed our time in IOP/Wild Dunes. The condo was beautiful. Loved the setup. Location was great. Waking distance to main resort. It was a little tricky getting Lyft to the location but we had a quick conversation with the drivers and were able to get them to the right area. Overall it was a wonderful time. Thank you.

Girls Trip to SG7C

We had an amazing stay! We were given good directions through the Dack app and instructions on how to get into the property. *Note you have to pre print the pass they send to get into the Wild Dunes area. SG7C looked exactly as the pictures show. It was very clean, quiet and cozy! The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed having so much within walking distance and while it does not have ocean views it is so close that you can quickly walk there. My friend and I were able to enjoy the sunrise on the beach one morning!

Perfect spot for a getaway

The location, convenience and cleanliness was spot on. I wish I had found out the mattress brand, they were the most comfortable I've slept on in some time! My only two complaints were the fridge was very loud and the pool chairs were a bit shabby - extremely minor issues and easily overlooked.

Great place to stay! Walkability to beach was awesome! Kitchen was one of the better stocked kitchens I have seen in a rental. Place was clean and comfortable . I wish the checkout time was 11 am. 10 am was pretty early. The rental company was knocking on door at 9:45 to vacate and start cleaning which for the cost of the stay is pretty annoying.
