The host ghosted me. Check in was at 4pm. I never received check instructions prior to check in. I arrived around 6pm, messaged the host and no response. Was on support call for an hour before deciding to cancel. Host finally responded after I was given two numbers to text by support while on call. That response was almost 2 hours after I arrived and after I had decided to cancel. I drove 2.5hours to get there. Unacceptable.

We enjoyed our stay in the condo. Ample space for our family. We spent most of our time down in Boone and had no time to spend on the property or on Beech Mountain but looked like plenty to do for the whole family.
