The host was so attentive and super nice! My fiancé and I enjoyed the property a lot. The views were simply AMAZING!!! Even though there are other rentals close by, it really feels quiet and secluded. We look forward to renting from this host again in the future!
Perfect for a couple’s getaway for a few days! This place is a quiet and relaxing spot not far from town. The cabin offers amazing views in all directions and has an unbeatable atmosphere.
I was in town for the weekend for a wedding at the venue next door. The cabin was super convenient and made the entire weekend of events enjoyable. I loved the outdoor space and beautiful rolling hills with cows. I would never hesitate to come back and stay again!
Excellent property, great for two people, loft is a little tricky getting in & out of, especially if you’re tall. Perfect spot for a getaway, less than 10 min from Boone. Quiet, amazing views from house and outdoor sitting area.

Cool tiny cabin. Perfect for a weekend getaway with the wife. The property was beautiful, place was clean, easy check in, and only 10 minutes from downtown. Would recommend.
A little get a way after surgery to take time away from hustle and bustle of the world and be still..Ronda helped make adjustments as needed and the trip was amazing for my mind, body and soul.
We had such a wonderful experience and the owner was really great at communicating with us and answering any questions we had. Very accommodating and the view was beautiful!
We had a great time! A perfect place for a short getaway while visiting our daughter at App State. The host was great with communicating and very accommodating. They went above and beyond! We will be staying again!
The main bed was very difficult to get into and out of. The pull out bed was a unique challange to get to fully open and use. Otherwise a perfect experience.

The stairs leading to the bed in the loft are steep and narrow and do require agility to reach as noted in the description. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your experience!
What a great location! We loved the sunrises and sunsets over the fields and nearby hills. We showed up at night and had to drive back to the road and re-read the directions to find the turn to the cabin from the gravel road. It was mostly our mistake, but maybe a sign with an arrow would help? Otherwise, the space had all we needed, and we wish we'd had more time to wander around.

Was very cold, lack of kitchen items such as microwave, pans, etc. didn’t feel quite clean, hot water didn’t work for more than 5 minutes even when turning the sink on as we were directed to.

I’m so incredibly sorry you were cold during your stay. I wish you would have reached out so we could have helped remedy that. I did notice the electric radiator heater was not turned on when I arrived to clean after your departure. When it’s turned on it normally warms up the tiny home quite well.
There is a list of amenities in the listing and a microwave is not one of them unfortunately. There are pots and pans in the cabinets below the stairs.
I’ll have my husband check the hot water situation.
About the host
Hosted by Rhonda Kulczyk
Both Will and I grew up in Montana and most of our family still lives in that area. We love the open space, the peace, and the quiet that county life offers. There is an overall connection with nature you usually don't get living in a city.
Why they chose this property
My husband and I fell in love with the Blue Ridge/Appalachian Mountains while visiting the Boone area on a trip celebrating our 10th Anniversary. Five years later we found this 206-acre property we are now blessed to call home. We knew we wanted to add vacation cabins eventually so people could come and experience the peace and quiet country living has to offer.
What makes this property unique
Out in the country, life moves a little bit slower. The unique benefits country living offers is: #1~More space #2~Exposure to nature (it's literally right outside your door!) #3~Less traffic #4~Less stress #5~Amazing stargazing and fireflies right off your front porch #6~Connection with those you love most
Try it out, I think you'll really like it!
