Composed of two bedrooms, shower room wc, living room on open and equipped kitchen, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, air conditioning. A terrace with summer kitchen, barbecue, sink, fridge and outdoor solar shower. Communal swimming pool at 200m and beach at 1km. The village of Santa Teresa has 7kms with all shops.
