THE ACCOMMODATION

Located on the 3rd floor of a secure residence, this apartment includes:
- a bright living room with a 140×200 sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- a fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishes and silverware, kitchen utensils...)
- Bedroom 1, 1 queen-size bed 160×200 (2 guests)
- Bedroom 2, 2 single beds 80×200 (2 guests)
- Bathroom with shower and sink
- Separate toilet, washing machine/dryer

After a long day at the park, you can enjoy a cosy furnished patio!

- 1 private parking space in the building’s basement with direct access via lift (note: max height 1.90 m/1.95 m!)

House rules:
- Pets not allowed
- Non-smoking apartment; smoking permitted on the terrace
- Please keep in mind that the building is not a holiday rental; some neighbors live there full-time, so please be considerate of the area and keep noise to a minimum

For the first few days, we provide basic necessities (samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap for hand and dishwasher use, trash bags, instant coffee, tea, sugar, salt, and pepper). To restock these items, you can shop at the Auchan supermarket located just a few metres away in the Val d’Europe shopping centre.
We do not provide coffee capsules, but you can also find them at the supermarket.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Check-in: Keys must be picked up at our office between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Outside these hours, as well as on Sundays and holidays, keys can be picked up from a safe at our office.
