Very nice property

Very nice, well-kept property in quiet area close to the airport. Pool area is lovely. The host Pero was very welcoming and responsive.

Perfect place for family vacation

We had I perfect holiday on Komaji. The house was perfect and actually was match bigger than expected. All the bedrooms have own private bathroom and they are located to have some privacy if you are travelling with bigger group. The owner of the house is also very nice and we were glad to spend our holiday here.

Fab Villa

A brilliant villa in a very good location. Lots of shops and restaurants within a 15min drive, some only a few minutes away by car. Lovely pool area and plenty of space for 8 people in the villa. Pero and his family very welcoming and had lots of tips on the local area. Would highly recommend staying in this villa!

Beautiful and spacious villa

A really beautiful and spacious villa with lots of seating areas and a wonderful pool, perfect for families and groups. Incredibly close to the airport, but surprisingly quiet, the villa is in a very small village with no amenities so car hire is essential but with that car you are close to Cavtat and Molunat as well as Dubrovnik itself. Welcoming and very friendly hosts.

Nice Villa & great host, shame about the weather!

Nice Villa with lovely pool. There were 7 of us (5 adults & 2 children). All facilities good, but kitchen area could have been larger. Host very helpful before and during our stay

Loved the pool

Everything was perfect. The pool was spectacular and we felt welcomed by a bowl of fresh fruit , fruit juice in the refrig and even frozen ice cream cones! Being close to the airport made it easy to pick up family members arriving at different times

Absolutely Gorgeous!!

If ever there was a 10-rated listing, this would be it!! Villa Pendo is an AMAZING home. I could go on forever about the property itself - full bathroom in every suite, gorgeous and well maintained private pool, location close to everything (minutes to Pasjaca Beach and Old Town Dubrovnik), impeccable cleanliness, comfort, updated amenities and design, etc., but it was made even more spectacular by the hosts, who were absolutely lovely! Every detail was anticipated, they were accessible, flexible, and super knowledgable about the area. Our family spent 3-weeks traveling throughout Europe. This was, by far, our favorite stop!!

Villa très propre, idéal pour un week end entre amis. Magnifique piscine/terrasses. Hôtes très accueillants, sympathiques et disponibles. Nous avons eu de recommandations et des aides notamment pour les déplacements vers Dubrovnik. Merci beaucoup

Sehr schönes Haus; top gepflegt und sehr sauber; Pool sehr sauber UND! beheizt!

Sehr erholsam; alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage, die man nutzen kann oder auch nicht. Außengrill zwei mal genutzt. Alle Schlafzimmer haben mindestens ein Fenster mit gutem/ dichtem Mückengitter. Lage: Mitten in der Natur Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen habe ich in 8 Tagen ca 15 Flugzeuge wahrgenommen ( ich bin empfindlich). Überdachte Dachterasse mit tollem Ausblick.

Maison idéale pour une famille avec enfants !

Le séjour était absolument parfait. La maison est magnifique (chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain) et l'extérieur avec la piscine aussi (cuisine extérieur, transats...). Rien à redire, tout était pardait. Pero et sa femme ont été géniaux, gentils, agréables, prévenants. Nous avons passé la semaine avec ma famille dont 2 bébés de moins de 2 ans et ils ont fait en sorte que nous ayons tous le nécessaire pour le confort des enfants (lits, transat, chaise haute...). Je recommande à 100%.

Incredible Villa and experience!

An amazing Villa close to airport but secluded for peace and rest. The nearby beach is stunning. Our host/Owner was extremely responsive and offered great suggestions for our visit. Also, very close and convenient to Montenegro-a must visit!

Everyone in out party thoroughly enjoyed themselves everything is easily accessible . Lots of great restaurants . Nice boat ride to Dubrovnik . Can’t recommend this highly enough . Also thank Peros wife for her lovely pastries . From all the Scott’s .

Authentique, superbe et accueil de rêve

Nous avons séjourner 2 semaines dans cette superbe villa tout en pierre. La maison est encore plus belle que sur photos. Très bien équipée, avec des coins cosys dans toute la maison. Barbecue et éviers extérieurs très pratiques. Une des seules maisons avec un vrai jardin vert et des arbres autour. De la Clim dans toutes les pièces et literie confortable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions (goodies d accueil avec liqueur fait maison, des chocolats et une tarte aux pommes et jus). Nécessaire de toilettes dans toutes les salles de bain. Ménage irréprochable. A 5mn de l aéroport, 7mn du supermarché, 15mn de Cavtat et 30mn de Dubrovnik. Notre hôte a été très disponible et tellement adorable. Nous recommandons très fortement cette location !

Amazing holiday!

We had a lovely time in Villa Pendo. The villa was amazing, beautiful, and clean. It is perfect for relaxing by the pool and enjoying other facilities the villa has to offer such as the terras. The owner, Pero, was extremely nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend booking Villa Pendo for a guaranteed perfect holiday!

Fantastische Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten sowie super tolle Gastgeber

Toll umgebaute Villa mit schönen, grossen Zimmer. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche. Alle Räume sind mit Klimaanlage ausgerüstet. Grosser, abgeschirmter Aussenbereich mit herrlichem Pool, 8 sehr bequemen Sonnenliegen, grossem Holzcheminée, gedeckter Essensbereich und genügend Platz um z.B. Badmington zu spielen. Wir hatten unsere beiden Hunde (Zwergpudel und Labrador) mit dabei und dies war für den Gastgeber überhaupt kein Problem. Der Besitzer und seine Frau kümmern sich rührend um die Gäste und verwöhnten uns mit hausgemachtem Strudel und Wein aus der Region. Die Privatsphäre bleibt absolut gewahrt, da der Besitzer in Dubrovnik wohnt und nur bei der Begrüssung und Verabschiedung vorbei schaut. Für 6-8 Personen ist diese Villa optimal, da die 4 Doppelzimmer wirklich gross sind. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Ein Mietauto ist zu empfehlen, da die Villa etwa 15 Minuten vom kleinen Fischerdorf Cavtat entfernt liegt. Nächster Beachclub Lukas Beach ist ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen und liegt 7 Minuten entfernt. Wir werden bestimmt wieder kommen, war einer der besten Urlaube je.
