In the living area, crisp white walls are offset with rustic, exposed wood beams and gleaming oak floors. Two plush sofas provide plenty of places to sink down and relax with a great book or movie. The elegantly arched windows and glass doors allow the natural Florida sunshine to flood the space with light. Around the corner is another living space with tons of additional seating.

In the kitchen, a totally unique, bespoke banquette dining area features a cream sofa surrounded by slabs of gleaming gray and white marble. The luxe Gaggenau appliances blend seamlessly with the sleek, Italian-made cabinets and create a clean palette. Nearby, an enormous, live-edge wood dining table has formal seating for ten.

On the second floor, there are three spacious master suites that each include a sumptuous king-size bed set into a custom upholstered bed frame. Each of the three suites has its own private, spa-like bathroom. The grand master suite has a separate soaking tub, step-in shower, and double vanity. The other two bathrooms have a unique, curved, marble vanity and subway-tiled showers. On the third level are two more private bedrooms with tons of flexible sleeping space and a shared full bathroom.

Back on the ground level, the arched French doors swing open wide to reveal a brilliant blue swimming pool surrounded by stone pavers and bright green grass. An outdoor lounge area is an ideal spot to relax with a glass of wine while dinner cooks on the grill nearby.
