Come to Snug Harbor, a cozy hideaway in Sturgeon Bay where your comfort and enjoyment are important to us. Come, relax and enjoy. Experience a peaceful vacation in your own private cottage. Enjoy all the comforts of a luxury resort with whirlpool bathtubs, fireplaces, full kitchens, and living rooms with the stunning surroundings of cliffs, water, and wooded lots. Choose from our four Snug Harbor cottages or our offsite Little Harbor Cottages, all cottages are nonsmoking.
Dogs are allowed! They must be at least one year of age and fully potty trained. We also ask that they not be left alone in the unit. Please inquire about our full pet policy and pet-sitting suggestions. The cost for your pet is $15 per night plus tax.
This one-room cottage features a double whirlpool nestled into an archway next to the bed. Enjoy a cozy sitting area with a fireplace. Note this cottage is fully equipped with a kitchen, bath with shower, cable TV, and a view!

Cozy and cute

We rented this cottage as a little getaway for our honeymoon during COVID. The whole process was smooth and easy, and we really liked it here. The fireplace and jacuzzi tub were excellent touches! I’d definitely come back again.

Adorable Cottage!

We had an amazing time! This cottage was so cute and in an amazing location. Our front door faced the bay and it was maybe 30 feet away. Cozy and quiet. The staff was great and we loved our time in Door County! We plan to go back!

My only issue was with Vrbo

Vrbo doesn't give all the correct details of the property which initially was discouraging.....However property and prop mgmt SPECTACULAR!!! So good we have already reserved a year in advance!

The location is great, the views are amazing! The cottage it's self, is nice, but is in needs of a few updates and repairs. The ceiling fan blades were dusty and there were cobwebs on the walls and duct tape over the screens. We were welcomed with fresh flowers, a bottle of wine and dog treats for our dog, we appreciated that. Over all we would go back, hopefully we will have better weather so we can enjoy our stay more.

Holiday Getaway

The cabin was perfect! Check-in was easy; the staff was so warm & friendly. The cabin was clean, quaint, and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It was so quiet even though all four cabins had guests. The whirlpool bath was delightful after a day exploring state parks. I would highly recommend. I can’t wait to return. Thank you for a perfect pandemic Christmas with my four-legged Finn.

We are a family run small hotel in Sturgeon Bay, WI. I was a school teacher and my husband a welding inspector but decided to try our hand at running a hotel. We started 30 years ago and have never looked back. We love it. It does get a bit cold in the winter.... haha
