I brought my mom back to the east coast to visit her hometown of Cranston, RI. We wanted to stay by the coast, we found William's place and it was PERFECT!!!. The location could not have been better! We could see the ocean from the front sitting room. It is close to several local attractions, The Point Judith Lighthouse. Iggy's( delicous local seafood spot} Galilee beach, Scaraborough Beach and Narragansett.The home itself was beautifully decorated, with a very "beachy" feel, equipped with modern and beautiful plumbing and lighting fixtures, each room with its own Heating/AC unit. The place was immaculate as well, extremely clean and comfortable. My mom kept commenting on how nice the place was! She did not want to leave! haha.William was a very gracious host, offering local restaurant recommendations and just general local knowledge and tips, which is always helpful when visiting an unfamiliar area!I may be planning a trip back in the spring or summer, William's place will be at the top of my list, if it is available.5 out of 5 stars, I would highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting the Point Judith area,Thank you for your amazing place and your gracious hospitality William!!!

William is a great host, extremely responsive and helpful. This cottage is obviously newly renovated from top to bottom and has the most charming sunroom with a couch and table. We hung out there! It is tucked away on a small dead end, so it's very quiet-but also has instant access to main roads. Point Judith is a short drive down the road.The area is beautiful-beaches everywhere, gorgeous views and loads of places to eat. It was surprising how close everything is, even Newport. Go to Jamestown! We loved Narragansett so much we plan a return next year- same spot!

We loved our stay. The house was warm, welcoming, and incredibly clean. The sunroom space was perfect for bright breakfasts and extra space for the kids to play. The beds were very comfortable and the closet space in the bedroom was great for all our wedding clothes. Location was exactly what we needed- walking distance to breakfast and the Bon Vue, as well as the lighthouse and fisherman’s memorial.

Lovely small clean house in a great location. Especially good if you bring a bike as it is a short ride to all sites in the Pt. Judith/Narragansett/Galilee area.

Great property in prime location. Extremely nice renovation. Very comfortable beds and nice outdoor space. Would definitely book again. Communication with host was timely and helpful. Had to switch dates and host was accommodating and helpful.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at this lovely property and won’t be our last! Perfect location with easy access to everything you could want during a beach vacation. The house is well-stocked and maintained and the owner is a pleasure to work with.

Love this Beach House

A great beach house in an awesome location. So clean and welcoming. We feel at home as soon as we walk in. We love staying here - definitely a favorite place to stay for vacation.

As a return renter to this property everything was excellent as always! The pictures of the property were spot on. The amenities give you all the comforts of home. Awesome home

Perfect location, a mile from the beach, walking distance to local restaurants and quiet dead end street! Couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay with everything you need for your vacation. I’d highly recommend renting this home for you next beach vacation!

Lovely beach house!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house! It was very clean and tidy. The house felt very homey and comfortable. It’s also close to all the state beaches which made our experience even better. Communication with the owner was great. We would definitely want to stay here again!

Point Judith Perfection!

My family stayed at this adorable oasis near the Point Judith light house for our daughter’s college graduation weekend. Cleanliness, location, communication, and amenities were stellar! I’d love to come back and stay here again in the summer months to take full advantage of the beach and outdoor seating. We also fully enjoyed the wildlife and peaceful location!

Everything you need

The cottage is located in a great area. A short drive to some great places and you can walk to an area with restaurants. I stayed in early April and it was very quiet. I am sure in the summer it is even better.

Our Memorial Day weekend getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owners clearly take pride in their property as it is immaculate inside and out. Very nicely decorated with new furniture and appliances, and TV's in the 2 bedrooms and Living Room. We were given a detailed information packet prior to arriving. Very comfortable and we would hope to rent again in the future.

Lovely house, super host!

Great house, very cute,& comfortable. The host was wonderful , The house was very updated and well supplied from washer dryer , kitchen etc. . The Host was accommodating , answering any questions and making sure we were enjoying our time! Can’t wait to come back!!
