An apartment right on the water! Direct access to Mr. Hulot Beach, ranked among the top 10 most beautiful beaches in France by The Guardian. Enjoy the city centre location, with all the shops and family-friendly summer activities organised by the town. You can park your car in the reserved private car park and leave it there for the duration of your beach stay if you’d like! Just a few minutes from Pornichet, La Baule, and Saint-Nazaire, with plenty of scenic walks to explore in the region.

The 32-square-meter apartment is located in a small residence and features a terrace/balcony overlooking a private car park.
A portable fan is available on-site during the summer.

The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 people. You can enjoy your meals on the terrace or indoors: the table has two extension leaves if needed.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Pets are allowed. Other pets may be present in the building. Only small, calm, and house-trained pets are permitted. Please let me know when you make your reservation.

Appartement tres fonctionnel et tres propre.Nous y avons passé une semaine à 2 adultes et 2 ados. Arrivée tres professionnelle avec une petite attention qui fait toujours plaisir.Les draps et serviettes de toilettes étaient fournis sans supplément.Propriété fermée et sécurisée tres calme avec de la place pour garer notre véhicule. La plage est au pied de l immeuble.Séjour tres agréable

Belle appartement très bien entretenu vraiment bien placé, vous sortez de la résidence vous avez les pieds dans le sable. La résidence est calme et propre, la personne en charge de l'accueille est très gentille et disponible au même titre que le propriétaire qui est très réactif pour répondre a d'éventuelles questions.Très bonne expérience, je recommande sans la moindre restriction.

Diese schöne, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Strand. Der Gastgeber und die Concierge waren sehr freundlich und die Übergabe der Wohnungsschlüssel verlief ganz unkompliziert. Im Ort gibt es alle notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und wir konnten direkt auf dem Wanderweg GR 34 von der Haustüre loswandern. Ich würde jederzeit wieder meine Ferientage dort verbringen.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint-Marc-sur-Mer ! L’hébergement est idéalement situé, avec tous les commerces à proximité, ce qui est très pratique au quotidien. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait que les chiens soient acceptés, un vrai plus pour voyager sereinement avec notre compagnon.Le logement dispose également d’une place de parking privée et close, ce qui est très rassurant. À notre arrivée, la conciergerie a été parfaite : Line nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et nous a fourni des explications claires et complètes pour bien démarrer notre séjour.Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Appartement superbement situer, les pieds dans l’eau. Petit marcher et commerces à 5 minutes , donc pratique. Et surtout parking fermer , donc pas de prise de tête pour trouver une place.

Accueil particulièrement déplorable de la concierge. État des lieux de sortie non réalisé + Mauvaise foi de la personne à notre départ. Nous ne relouerons certainement pas à cette adresse bien que Saint Marc soit une petite cité pleine de charme

Excellent séjour

Deux semaines de beau temps pendant lesquelles nous avons pu profiter de l'accès direct à la plage, des chemins côtiers, des promenades en vélos et bars-restaurants. Seul inconvénient l'accès pour le local à vélo qui est avec des marches à descendre et à remonter.Appartement confortable avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour.

Schöne kleine Wohnung in charmante Badeort

Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer braucht. Zweimal in der Woche gibt es direkt vor der Haustür einen kleinen Wochenmarkt, dann kann man zwar mit dem Auto den Parkplatz auf dem Hof (von ca. 7 bis 15 Uhr) nicht verlassen - es sei denn man parkt am Vorabend außerhalb, aber das Einkaufen von frischen Produkten der Region war es wert! Vor allen Dingen kann man sich das Kochen sparen, die Traiteurs bieten tolle Köstlichkeiten. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach klasse! Geschäfte, gute Restaurants... Alles in direktem Umkreis.
