Direkt an der plage du Mr.Hulot

Das Apartment ist für zwei Personen gut geeignet, liegt im 1.OG und ist über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Wohn- und Schlafraum sind getrennt; das Schlafzimmer und das Bett sind recht eng. Die Küche ist funktionell. Leider ist die Inernetverbindung sehr schwach; mobile Daten bringen hier mehr.Der Strand ist durch den rückwärtigen Ausgang direkt zu erreichen. Für einen Badeurlaub ist alles ideal.

Totale Enttäuschung

Wir (Mutter und zwei Töchter) hatten insgesamt 8 Tage/Nächte gebucht, sind aber bereits am 4. Tag abgereist, es war wirklich total schlimm! Das Apartment ist winzig, um das um das 3. Bett Matrazenbreite 50cm, unter der Couch) zu nutzen muss der Esstisch auf den Balkon, der winzige Wohnraum ist mit alten Möbeln zugestellt! der Herd funktioniert nicht, ab dem 2. Tag hatten wir nur noch kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, EM Finale verpasst weil der Fernseher nicht ging. Die Fotos vom Gebäude von außen sind von der sonnigen Strandseite her, das Apartment befindet sich jedoch auf der Rückseite und am unteren Rand von einer Klippe und bekommt von daher überhaupt keine Sonne!! Älteres Ehepaar - über Fewo hatte immer die Frau kommuniziert, und das auf Englisch, denn mein Französisch ist halt sehr basic ... dann aber, zum Check- in und dann naja, bei unserem leider fluchtartigen Check out, nur Monsieur, der eben nur Französisch redet und mir dann vorwirft, ihm unklare Angaben zur Situation zu machen .... also halt eben eine typische Horror- Urlaubsgeschichte, wie man sie bereits von anderen gehört hat, aber wirklich, zum ersten Mal dann miterleben muss... ich versuche dem Herrn zu erklären, dass ich eben EINE Woche Urlaub habe mit meinen Mädels, eben EINE pro Jahr!! Und dann ist das Apartment so furchtbar, dass man lieber von Bar zu Restaurant zu Restaurant springt, weil zuhause nichts funktioniert!? Dann, man will sich ja auch irgendwie auf einen Kompromiss einigen, schlage ich Monsieur vor

Madame Saskia avait réservé mon studio du 13 au 21 juillet 2024 pour elle et sa fille. Après deux jours elle m'a annoncé qu'elle veut quitter l'appartement. A priori, elle avait trouvé un autre appartement en colocation avec ses compatriotes. Mais au lieu de me l'annoncer directement pour arriver à un compromis amiable, elle a commençait à inventer tous les défauts imaginable et inimaginable sur l'appartement et son environnement (sa fille n'aimait pas l'appartement ni l'environnement, l'eau de la mère est froide, il n'y a pas d'eau chaude ce qui n'était pas vrais, etc). A la fin, je lui ai remboursé les nuits non utilisées même si le contrat de location ne m'obligeait pas de le faire. Pour le bouquet finale, le jour du départ, elles avaient lavé leur pieds plein de sable sous la douche qui avait bouché les tuyaux d'évacuation d'eau. L'appréciation de madame Saskia n'est pas alors une appréciation objective mais une note de circonstance. Les appréciations des autres locataires confirme la non validité de celle de madame Saskia.

Sejour au calme au bord de l ocean

Appartement bien situé le site est tres beau et calme des commerces à proximité un marché local jeudi et dimanche la plage au pied de la location des restaurants sur la plage ou nous avons tres bien manger Le parking est privé et fermé L appartement est bien agencé tout ce dont on a besoin pour le séjour et une tres bonne literie J y retournerai avec plaisir Je remercie le propriétaire pour son accueil sympathique et agréable nous avons été très bien reçu. Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment très agréable dans un endroit situé au pied de la plage et en plus au calme dans un appartement ou il y avait tout le nécessaire pour y être bien.
