Large house, very private with nice views. Great water pressure in the shower and a nice soaker tub. We stayed here in the summer with a lot of heat and humidity- fans helped but a couple of window A/C units to help nighttime sleep would have bumped this up to five stars for me.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is much larger than it seems. We loved the cozy fireplace and the sight of deer outside our window every morning. The proximity to Canaan Valley was a great advantage. We highly recommend this place!

There is no hot tub or jacuzzi tub and the furnace is very noisy. The house was great and the river across the road was great

This is our second stay here. Great place and great location. If you like to cook, and we do, the kitchen is pretty well stocked. The house is very dog friendly. The fireplace is wonderful. We will definitely return. Tip- get firewood from Shop and Save (larger, dry pieces) versus end of the road stand (very small pieces that are wet and moldy).
