Cozy, Beautifully Furnished Condo 10 Minutes to Ski Resorts

Newly added central air and heat! Our two story condo is ideally situated within a short distance from Timberline, White Grass and Canaan Valley Resort. The charming towns of Davis and Thomas with great restaurants and brew pubs are just a few miles away. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail on the large deck with gorgeous park like views. The deck has seating for 6 and gas grill for your family cookout.

The open floor plan features everything you would need at your mountain get-away. Newly updated kitchen features granite countertops, and new stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Fiestaware dishes, plentiful silverware, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, blender and coffee maker. First floor half bath has a full size Fridgidaire washer and dryer set. The living room features a Vizio Smart TV with Dish service. On cool evenings, enjoy the wood burning fireplace with complimentary wood delivery. There is plenty of seating in the living room with a matching sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs.

The master bedroom features king bed and has a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and double sink. The bedroom also includes a Hitachi TV with Dish TV. Bedroom # 2 is furnished with a queen bed, TV with Dish TV and has a small deck. Bedroom # 3 has 2 twin beds and TV with Dish TV.
There is a full bath on the second floor with a newly installed walk-in shower.

Complimentary wi-fi and end of stay housekeeping are included.

Deerfield Village has many family friendly amenities including tennis courts, picnic area, playground and a community pool. Enjoy a walk around "the circle"

We loved our stay in Deerfield village. The king size bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and the whole house felt cozy and warm. It was more spacious than other properties we’ve rented for the same price in Canaan Valley, and the house had a lived-in feel, which we really enjoyed. Everything was in excellent condition and the kitchen was very well-equipped.

We love the place and stayed there for the second summer in a row. One very minor suggestion is that 4 chairs around the dining table is not enough for a place accommodating 6 people. Overall, we recommend this place without a doubt.

Our stay at this condo was enjoyable. It had everything necessary to make it feel like home. Everything was as described in the listing, with only one small hiccup during our time in the area. That hiccup was at the very beginning of the stay, when we arrived about a half hour after the stated check-in time of 3:00 PM to find that the cleaning from the previous guest was still in process. This was not a huge deal, but we certainly would have preferred to arrive to a totally cleaned/vacated unit. Outside of this, everything was really as we expected it to be, and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we are in the area.

This is our second time staying at this property, and we hope to make a return trip! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to Canaan Valley BBQ, and a short drive to Timberline. This was our second time staying at this condo. It has more than met our expectations each time. The host has always been very helpful and available for any questions or needs that we have had. Great weekend getaway!

Our family had a wonderful ski weekend in no small part due to our selection of this property for our stay. The home is cozy, clean, well-stocked and in an awesome location just a short drive from both Canaan Valley and Timberline. Upon seeing such a wide selection of spices in the kitchen, I drove to the Shop N Save Express grocery in Davis and picked up some ribeyes for dinner which saved us some money and turned out great! The host was very gracious and flexible, working with us to switch our reservation date when something came up to throw a wrench in our original plans. Highly recommended!

Close to all the action

The property is located in a great place, near to all the stuff in Canaan Valley and a short drive to Davis. Since t was the off season, many things were closed, but we had a great time hiking around the area. There was an issue at the start with the wrong keys in the lock box and it was quickly corrected. Be aware that the unit does not have air conditioning, which is a can be stuffy in the middle of July heat.
