The Master bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed, flat screen TV and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom also offers a Queen bed, the guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom.
Well equipped kitchen with eat-in breakfast bar. There is also a dining table with seating for 4. The kitchen is decked out with amazing green granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances! Great prep space on the bar for those who love to entertain! Natural light pours in through the slider that open to the waterside! Comfortable seating with a couch and love seat and large flat screen TV in the living area.
Downstairs you will find a BRAND NEW POOL and outdoor dining space with propane grill.
The dock expands 42 feet with deep water, fishing cleaning table, water and electric. Covered parking, and off-street parking, even trailer parking. Bait freezer and ice machine inlcuded!
