Welcome to Coco Plum Paradise, located in Marathon, FL - the Heart of the Florida Keys.

This private Key West-style home sits directly on Bonefish Bay with beautiful water views, deep-water dockage, and direct ocean access. A tropical landscaped oasis with mature palms, a private in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and a sandy dockside “beach” area. This is a private single-family home, so during your stay, these amenities are provided exclusively for you and your guests.

Wake up to spectacular sunrises while watching the dolphins and manatees from the large covered balcony. Enjoy fishing right from the dock. Soak up the midday sun while relaxing poolside or enjoy your own peaceful kayak outing in the bay. Challenge your guests to a round of ping-pong in the enclosed downstairs recreation room that has a seating area, a TV, and a full-size refrigerator for entertaining. There's even a large gas grill just next to the pool and rec room so the chef in your group doesn't have to leave the entertainment.

Home has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, living area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and full size refrigerator (water and ice maker). There is also an indoor laundry area with large-capacity HE washer and dryer.

• Pedestrian/bike lane directly in front of the house takes you to Coco Plum Beach (1 mile away)
• Walking distance to Island Fish Company and Sparky's Landing (.5 mile)
• Kayaks, beach chairs, and fishing poles at the house (free for your use)
• Private seawall and dock with fresh water and a fish cleaning station
• Rent a boat or bring your own and dock right at the house

• Direct boating access (no bridges along route) - 10 minutes to the ocean

This was our second time staying here and we had an amazing week at Coco Plum paradise. Greg and Lori were amazing hosts and you can tell they love this property as it is very well cared for. There was a maintenance issue that needed to be addressed before we were able to check in and Greg and Lori went above and beyond to make sure there was minimal interruption to our stay. The setting is beautiful and we would 100% stay here again.

This was a great house for us for the week. Tons of kitchen items for cooking, loved having the kayaks to use and the pool and hot tub were a plus. It was very clean and a good location being on the water. The 2nd bedroom is really small but my college age kids made it work.

What a great place to stay with a small family. We have little kids, so we needed a place where we could spend time outside while the little one took his naps. The place was extremely clean when we arrived and the communication with the host was excellent. The hot tub and pool were clean, and they had the pool heat turned up before we arrived (worth extra cost!). They had plenty of towels to use for kitchen, bath, and pool, and the kitchen was well stocked - limited on spices left behind because they do a nice job cleaning up. The fishing equipment was fantastic. We would go a couple doors down to grab some shrimp to fish with, and we’d spend a couple hours on the seawall catching anything that bit. Unless you want a yearly license to fish (get online), as of 03/2025 you can only get a short term license through the tax collector about 13 min away - the host also provides instructions on how to get it somewhere on the way down. Overall, kids had a blast and the adults were able to relax in the hot tub every night. Highly recommend this place. Cheers

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Coco Plum Paradise! We picked the location to be centrally located in the Keys and for the amazing views from the backyard. It was like a private resort with pool and hot tub. Plenty of areas to relax and soak up the Florida sun. A lot of attractions to see and explore. We have recently retired from the United States Air Force and are currently living in Florida's Space Coast. We love to SCUBA dive, fish and spend time on, in, or beside the ocean. After years of traveling the world, we decided that the Florida Keys is where we’d like to put down roots. We plan to retire to Coco Plum Paradise as soon as we can but hope you enjoy it in the meantime.

Why they chose this property

Marathon is laid back yet offers everything we need. With its central location, it's a great home base for enjoying all the Keys has to offer. The house is close to shopping, restaurants and bars which was important to us. We intend to spend tons of time on the water so it was also important to have quick access to the ocean. Logistics aside, and though we had a lot of work ahead of us, when we walked through the gate for the first time, we were hooked.
