We had a wonderful time!

Mr. King's property was terrific! Close to all, but far enough to be out of the hustle & bustle. A little snafu with the pool & wristbands, but it was all taken care of quickly & efficiently with the help of Mr. King & his housekeeper.. I recommend this propery to anyone looking to have a relaxing & quiet getaway.

Beach Getaway

My family and I had wonderful stay. The home is located in the heart of Panama City so there's lots to do. Even though the neighborhood is rather large and close, it's very quiet. Mr. King was very helpful. He called to make sure check in and check out went smoothly, and made sure everything was going okay. We would definitely stay again.

Jeff was a great host, we enjoyed our week long stay, the only thing was could of used more towels,,

We had a great week long stay and enjoyed ourselves we didn’t eat out much so did a lot of cooking there and kitchen was supplied with everything we needed, I definitely will be back and hopefully this house is available when we do

Frustrating

The house was not ready when we arrived with the cleaning lady still there. We had to leave and then when we returned to an empty house it was not cleaned with dirty towels in the shower and beds without clean sheets. The manager came and cleaned it that night, but we had to stay outside the house until late to wait for it to be cleaned. The owner was apologetic and tried to make it up to us, but it was still frustrating. We had to wait until the next day for wash clothes and trash bags. The house was fine, except the pillows were flat and not very comfortable.

Nice home! Well maintained and very convenient to the beach! The owner is very responsive and communicates well. Just beware of the grouchy guy who maintains the community pool!! He is ONE miserable old man!!

Great place to stay!

My wife and I were looking for a place to stay for Bike Week and this place was perfect. Great quiet neighborhood and plenty of space in the home. We even were allowed use of the garage which was great for our motorcycle. Mr. King was very nice and we appreciated the ease of check in and he even called to check on us during our stay to make sure all was well. We will definitely stay here again.

Good budget property

This property was a good size for my family and good location to beach and shopping. If you want to sit outside, this is not the location for you. The back deck is falling in and overlooks a swampy area unsafe for kids or pets. We had everything we needed. But you must bring your own toilet paper , paper towels, garbage bags etc. Could use pillows as there were only a few and the were extremely old. Owner was very available and nice. If it were my property, I would update inside and clean the out side of the house and rebuild back deck. All in all not bad for the money.

Nice house that was close to everything. Owner was super responsive when we had an issue with our entry code. Neighborhood was quiet. Carpets could be steam cleaned. Will stay again.

Wonderful House

Great experience. The house is located close to everything, yet you have privacy you wouldn't get in a hotel or condo. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Panama City Beach.

Nice, friendly neighborhood. The house and property was very clean . It was relaxing to come in to a home with the family after a long day at the beach. Convenient location, close to a dollar store, Walmart and Pier Park. Owner was very helpful and so nice to work with.

Great stay for a family of 5

The house was perfect for our family. It's a 10 minute walk from the beach and a short drive to all the main attractions around Panama City Beach. Our family loved everything the area had to offer and didn't want to leave. Cannot say enough nice things about the owner. He was extremely responsive to any concerns and took amazing care of our family. I don't write reviews too often, but Mr. King absolutely deserves this rave review.
