It is very bright all day long.<br>It has 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms in the main house: Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (1 bathroom with shower) and a master suite of 40 m2 upstairs (with bathtub). A fourth bedroom is located in the maisonette (shower, bathroom, autonomous hot water tank) facing the main house. Sleeps 8 (4 double beds); 3 toilets... The floors of the bedrooms are parquet.<br>The kitchen is very large (renovated barn that extends the main building). It is (over) equipped with all the necessary equipment for cooking enthusiasts. An 8-meter long table will allow you to feast with ease... The floor is made of waxed concrete.<br><br>The house is equipped with Wifi and has all the usual necessary equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, dryer). An overhead projector is also available (and stock of DVDs), for cinema sessions. A sound system is also present.<br>"Young child" equipment is available (safety barriers, bed, dining chair).<br>In Spring/Summer, the garden games for children (slide, trampoline, swing) are out.<br>Location:<br>The house is ideally located between Dinard and Dinan in a small and very quiet village. In 10 minutes, you are in Saint Lunaire, Dinard... The departmental road that passes in front of the house, is far from the bedrooms because at the end of the driveway.... For information, this road (the D118) is really secondary, because for 20 years, a 4-lane has taken all the traffic in the village. The bells of the village church: You will not hear them.
