Spacious, air-conditioned duplex located in Porticcio in the magnificent Bay of Ajaccio.
It is situated in a small, quiet, and secure private residence (electric gate with code), in a pleasant, green setting, just 20 metres from the beach with private access.

This duplex, fully renovated in 2020, is on the second floor and includes:
- A modern, fully equipped kitchen.
- A large living room, dining area, and a space for grandchildren.
- A balcony overlooking the bay, perfect for intimate dinners.
- A bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and washing machine.
Upstairs, 2 mezzanine bedrooms separated by a partition:
- 1 with a 140x200 bed
- 1 with 2 bunk beds (90x190) + 1 travel cot
Linens are provided free of charge for this rental, except for beach towels.
A small car park offers spaces that may or may not be available depending on the season.

Rentals are available only from Saturday to Saturday, June 15 through September 15

All shops are nearby, within 1 km: convenience store, bakery, restaurants, cinema, nightclub, bank, post office, doctors, pharmacy, etc.
The seaside resort of Porticcio also offers a variety of activities: horseback riding, golf, tennis, scuba diving, jet skiing, and cruises to the Calanques of Piana or Bonifacio.

The airport is a 10-minute drive away, and city centre Ajaccio is a 15-minute drive away.

Pets are not allowed in the residence; thank you for your understanding.
Smokers are asked to use the balcony.
Noisy parties and gatherings are not permitted in order to maintain the peace and quiet of the residence.
