This unit had plastic moldy shower curtains, heavy amount of dirt and dust on one of the hallway doors, chipped floor tile that can cut a child’s foot, and a nice purple nightclub on the right side that blocks one half of the beach view. NOT SHOWN IN PICTURES. We had to re-clean the condo, and deal with bright club lights shining into the bedrooms. Overall felt like we stayed at a Motel 6. Save your .

Communication with management was professional, and the issue we had upon arrival was resolved. If there was ever an under-promised, over-delivered example, this would be it. I can't say enough nice things about our interaction with the management at Emerald Coast. We will definitely look at their properties the next time we visit.

Boys Trip

It was a nice place. Great location able to walk to a lot of different places. Inside you could tell a lot of the doors were water damaged but they were fully functional so it didn’t really matter.

Only one pan to cook with, which didn't matter. Construction next door starting at 6:00 am, also on going construction project at the resort, mattresses were just ok. The weather and water were great

Great condo and view

The condo and view is great. The only complaint I had was it needs a really deep clean, especially the floors; they were filthy. HAD to wear shoes all the time.

The stay was good the place was nice and clean and we didn’t have any problems with our stay only thing I would say maybe the place could be a lil tyke more renovated and the beds squeaked the pull out coach could’ve been better the mattered topper wasn’t the best and the Murphy bed was not really cleaned however this is a good place for young people
