Kids will love the covered water park where they can play, rain or shine, while mom and dad lounge in the heated pool or hot tub. Enjoy lunch, have a snack or sip a drink at the poolside bar and grill. Or take a float down the lazy river together then let the kids play in the interactive water play pool.

After a full day of activities at Splash! you can relax in your sixth floor luxury condominium, watch movies on the 42' flat screen TV, soak in the garden tub or shower and know you will sleep well on the king size solid foam mattress in the master bedroom and queen size pillow top mattress in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have 32' flat screen LCD TV's with blue ray DVD players. You can surf the Internet free from the condo, without having to get to a common area. Upon awakening have a cup of coffee while you watch the dolphins from the balcony. Get your blood pumping in the state of the art exercise facility overlooking the beautiful ocean view.

Now you are ready to enjoy a day of water play, relaxing or shopping in the on site Alvins Island or in the new Pier Park just a short distance away. Our family and friends had a great stay at this resort. There are a lot of activities to do and the condo was just as advertised. We were able to listen to the waves as we fell asleep every night.

Great Location

Condo was nice and clean. Had everything you could want in it. Splash is a great property to stay at with kids. Booking, check in was super easy. Appreciate having some basics there for you already. TP, soap, shampoo, paper towels etc. would definitely stay here again!

Nice little condo

A nice 2 bedroom condo in a very fun complex. Pools were nice. They had a splash pad and 2 restaurants.

Overall, the unit was nice and the balcony view was absolutely beautiful. We truly enjoyed spending time on the balcony taking in the scenery.During our stay, there were a few concerns that we feel could have been addressed better. The guest staying in the second bedroom noticed a gritty residue when wiping down the door and dresser. Additionally, the second bathroom was not draining properly. We notified the owner and were told maintenance would be sent, but unfortunately no one came during our stay. We also informed the owner that the TV remotes needed new batteries, but no solution was offered.I visit Panama City Beach multiple times a year and brought a relative along to share in the experience, so it was a bit disappointing and somewhat embarrassing that these issues were not resolved. We also noticed that some of the utensils appeared dirty and the washer had a mildew odor.Again, the unit itself is nice and the balcony view is stunning; however, there were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns that could have been handled more promptly to improve the overall experience.

Our stay was wonderful. Owner was always accessible by phone to answer any question and very accommodating. I would, however remove ALL artificial plants completely from the unit. They are extremely old and dusty and are the main reason I scored low on cleanliness. The shower curtains must be replaced. Otherwise, great

Very good size, clean & relaxing! Amazing view, accommodated our 2 year old, 4 year old, husband & my dad perfectly! So close to everything. Amazing beach view & access! Love love LOVE the splash pad, water park, pools & lazy river! We were so sad to leave, will be booking again!

When we arrived at the unit, it was very hot. All the bathrooms were missing lightbulbs. I called about the lightbulbs and the air conditioner, and I was told by the air conditioner technician that there was nothing wrong with it, but the error code came up after he left and I could not keep it below 75 at night and it was very hot and also there were roaches in the kitchen. There were roaches climbing on the wall there was roaches in the refrigerator.

Wonderful place to stay!

This is a great place to stay. The condo was nice. Love being on the 6th floor. We had no problems at all. I Would absolutely stay here again. Love watching the Dolphins swim by every morning. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

This was our first time with Vrbo. It went seamless. Splash resort was great. The unit was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfortable the kitchen was well equipped. Just love the Beach in Panama City. Michael who was in charge of the chairs on the beach was very awesome.

Very nice location right on beach. Love room being on 6th floor. Not too high, but high enough for great view. Splash maintenance responded promptly with a few minor issues. Owners good to work with.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our week stay. Room was as pictured. There was 5 adults and 2 kids it fit us perfect. Only complaint would be the living-room glass sliding door was extremely hard to open as mentioned other reviews, and there was some mildew on the ceiling in the “guess room”, other than that everything was great. The resorts splash pad was perfect for the kids, two restaurants on site, parking was nice and straight across from the resort is a surf shop which was nice if you needed something for the pool or beach. We would definitely stay there again and also would love to rent this room again.
