accueil service très réduit et propreté limite

Porte d'entrée impossible à fermer sans aller acheter des tournevis pour régler la serrure. Aucune réaction de l'agence pendant le Weekend. Vaisselle non rincée. les deux premiers verres de vin sont partis à l'évier... Bonde de douche pleine de poils et cheveux. Pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée ni à la sortie. Chèque de caution non restitué lors de la restitution des clés (ni avis de destruction dans la journée). Un accompagnement à l'entrée dans les lieux aurait permis à l'agence gestionnaire de constater ces problèmes. Logement bruyant. Sur l'avenue la plus passante vers la plage
