Amazing condo! Easy check in! Condo was extremely clean, spacious and had the most amazing view of Battleship NC & Cape Fear River. This was our first stay in Wilmington and we would definitely stay at this condo again. Parking garage was close by. You can walk to everything, restaurants were close by on the riverwalk.

The views are spectacular. Description of property is accurate. Close to parking garage, town and River Walk. Host accommodate our special request & we were grateful. Note on zone for loading & unloading can be busy. We parked and left hazard lights on & one of us stayed by the car. We heard from one of the permanent residents that he got a 40 ticket cause he moved his car near the front door as his wife had surgery. He was shocked. Just be careful.

Very clean property with an excellent view of the river. The location was right in the middle of downtown. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. We were grateful for the included parking even if it was a block or so away. We will return the next time we are in Wilmington.
