Lots of room and lovely amenities. We did not have access to patio lights or bar b que as there was electrical damage with previous guests that had not been addressed. April was very accessible and was responsive to our concerns. Pictures on web site accurate. Overall family enjoyed our stay.

Very nice accommodations! 3 bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a plus. The kitchen is very nice and 2 balconies were fantastic! The pool was warm and the hot tub was great. We loved watching the sunrise each morning while walking on the beach and the sunset each night on the balcony. Ample space for all 3 of us to work remotely. Loved hearing and seeing the waves. 12 days was not quite enough! ❤️

Great Condo for a Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful 4th of July week at this condo. We had 10 people (two families) and there was plenty of room for us all to sleep & spread out if we needed some alone time. The outdoor patio was spacious with a beautiful beach view. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed & very nice Wolf appliances. We popped from the beach, to the pool, to the condo, multiple times throughout the day. Property Managers were easy to reach if we had any questions. Overall, a relaxing stay with many family memories. We will be back!

What a fantastic place. This one is right next to the elevator and close to our parking spots, which was an added bonus. The amenities were great and the pool/beach had easy access. We had 7 adults and there was more than enough room. The double door fridge and bar fridge were great to have. We had plenty of room for everyone and everything. Look no further for the right condo, this one is it!

Great Vacation

This is our second stay at Ocean Vistas. Chris and Peggy are amazing host and so delightful to work with. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. The two decks (ocean front and Halifax River view) were just what the doctor ordered for a very much needed relaxing vacation. Ocean Vistas is just a beautiful condo with lots of amenities. This is a wonderful oceanfront condo managed by great people. From the reservation through our stay Peggy was always available and answered emails and phone calls immediately. We've lived and traveled all over the world and think the beauty of Daytona Beach Shores with its; wide smooth sea-weed free beaches, soft sands, and lovely clear water is exceptional. We love spending time at the beach when we can, especially watching the colors of the ocean change, the pelicans flying by, and the dolphins playing in the waves. We know you will love it, too.

Why they chose this property

Our beach condo is designed with comfort in mind and to maximize the amazing views. The furnishings and colors incorporate the natural beauty of the beach without being kitschy. It really feels like a welcoming perch to relax in with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing yet all be together for great meals, conversing over cocktails on the balcony, movie night, or celebrating a special occasion with family games in the living room. The pelicans really do fly by at eye level on the 11th floor and it is fascinating! We provide all the comforts of home so our guests can spend time relaxing and enjoying the scenery and the building's amenities.
