Views, Views and more views from this 9th floor condo in Ocean Vistas. Welcome to XANADOUG - XANADOUG is one guy’s idea of paradise. We hope you like it too. You will love the incredible vistas with floor to ceiling windows giving incredible views from the Master Bedroom, the family room, the dining room and the kitchen. The balcony is among the largest on the beach, allowing all the room you need to dine outside, relax in comfort and truly enjoy the beachfront vacation you deserve. Inside the luxury upgrades go on and on. The kitchen has gorgeous granite counters, all wood cabinetry, wine refrigerator and a stainless steel appliances. The master suite is massive with views from every angle, King size master bed, pull-out couch (full size), walk in closets, and a huge bathroom that has a jetted soaker tub and separate shower. The Ocean view master bedroom has a King size bed. 2nd guest bedroom has a king size bed with large walk-in closet. 3rd bedroom has a 2 full size beds. The amenities in the Ocean Vistas building are unrivaled. Downstairs you have an ocean-side pool, hot tub and fire pit. Other amenities include an incredibly well equipped fitness center, club room with large TV, pool table and catering kitchen.

Bedding for pull out upon request, once booked please notify Daytona Beachfront Rentals staff of need for linens.

The property is large, roomy, decorated with expensive furnishings, and extremely comfortable. The outdoor patio is everything you see in the pictures. I highly recommend this unit.

This condo was exactly as described. It is clean, has gorgeous views, and well stocked. We celebrated an Embry-Riddle graduation and Navy Commissioning at the condo. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, kitchen is fabulous, and it was a perfect place for our family to gather for the week to celebrate.

Very comfortable and beautiful view. Only issues were stained and ripped bed linens, no toilet paper and would have been appropriate to include soap bars, hand soap and laundry detergent. Overall we had a good experience.
