Located 30 km from Guérande and 25 km from the beaches of St Brévin, in the Brière Regional Natural Park, this holiday cottage is converted from a semi-detached farmhouse. It features an enclosed 800 m² garden with a carport.
The cottage is on one level and comprises a kitchen/living room (two steps), a lounge area, two bedrooms (one with a double bed 140x190 cm, the other with two single beds 90x190 cm), a shower room, a laundry room, and two separate toilets.
Amenities include Wi-Fi access, full baby equipment, and a freezer.
Not included are electric heating, electricity, bed linen, and towels.
One pet is allowed (€7/day - €100 deposit). A mandatory cleaning fee of €65 applies for business travelers.
