This was one of the best bnb’s we have ever stayed in. Lovely neighborhood, lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need and lovely hosts.Location was great. Highly recommend to anyone coming to London.

We loved our two mini-stays in London while on our UK trip from Australia. Caroline provides a wonderfully furnished apartment with lots of little extras to help weary travellers feel at home. Her concierge, John, is also very welcoming and we can't wait to return again some day!

Wonderful stay

We loved our time at this charming flat. Wonderful location, safe, clean, and right near so many incredible landmarks. The hosts were so accommodating in helping us with our bags, and stocking the fridge and pantry with some incredible starter items. Cannot recommend this location enough.

The flat was really well furnished with all the amenities of home. It felt like being at home but in a quiet neighborhood hidden in the middle of London....... so PERFECT!!

The apartment is extremely well stocked, and the host generously provided many provisions, above and beyond what most other hosts do. The place is not roomy, but it has everything you need. As with many places in London, it is not air conditioned. The fans keep you cool enough, but if you run hot and there is a heat spell, it may not feel cool enough for you. It is located 15 minutes from the Victoria tube station and 7 minutes from the Pimlico tube station. The bus stops are down the street, but the 360 is very unreliable -- many stops along the route are closed or the bus is so full that it does not stop. The other buses seem to run more reliably. We appreciated the central location and all the effort that the host put forward to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic Place

What a great place to stay. I stayed with my husband and parents for a week - we are already talking about how this is where we’d stay the next time we come to London. Caroline has thought of everything a guest needs and the location is wonderful.

A pleasant stay

This property is exactly as we expected it to be. It is well equipped with everything you need, comfortable beds and adequate bathrooms. We were particularly happy with the proximity to Victoria Station and some charming restaurants.

The Flat had all the charm of the area with easy access by foot or tube to all the sites. The host and “concierge” were very helpfully with assisting with our preparations and stay.

Loved our stay!

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay in this flat. Caroline was an excellent host and we really appreciated John’s help both in the check in process and giving us tips for the area. The flat was as advertised and is in a great location. We especially appreciated the food and treats, what a lovely surprise after a long day of travel!
