OCEAN FRONT BLISS IN THE HEART OF MISSION BEACH!

Relax and Unwind in this 3rd Floor Penthouse End-Unit Ocean Front condo with panoramic views of the Pacific ocean overlooking the Mission Beach Boardwalk! Located equidistant between Belmont Park & Crystal Pier in the HEART of Mission Beach walk to everything including restaurants, bars, nightlife, coffee shops and so much more! Enjoy meals on your private balcony, people-watching with a yummy beverage in-hand, and the Pacific Ocean as your front yard - no better way to spend your vacation!

The kitchen features new cabinets and granite countertops and comes fully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare delicious meals with your friends and family! Kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 2 and a dining table for 4.

The cozy living room features a large flat screen TV and a couch that folds out into a Queen size bed for extra sleeping space. Sliding glass door opens onto the west-facing deck with table and seating for an amazing outdoor dining experience.

Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves from your Master Bedroom! The Master connects to the balcony and offers a Queen size bed with a Smart TV. The 2nd Bedroom offers city views and has a Queen size bed + private vanity and sink (separate from the bathroom).

Included are beach chairs, 1 boogie board, a beach umbrella, family games, etc.

Mission Beach is a very walkable neighborhood and offers everything within walking distance including bars, restaurants, nightlife, coffee shops, general stores and even World Famous Belmont Park! In your front yard, the Mission Beach boardwalk connects the beach communities Pacific Beach and Mission Beach. Beyond the coast, San Diego has everything a vacationer can dream of including SeaWorld, Legoland, San Diego Zoo, San Diego Safari Park, Balboa Park and so much more.

1 garage parking space is included (6'6"clearance). Parking in Mission Beach is very limited. There is elevator access up to the 3rd floor (key required for elevator access). Community laundry is coin operated and located in the parking garage. Outdoor shower available for guest use (key required).

Noise after 10PM is strictly prohibited. Property has space heaters for heat if needed and no Air Conditioning (Cool Pacific Breeze Only ;).

My husband and I recently spent a week at this beautiful condo on Mission Beach. The view from the condo was spectacular, and the location could not have been any better. We enjoyed walking out of the condo and onto the boardwalk for a morning stroll. The condo offered everything you would need for your stay. Emmy, the host, was very helpful with suggestions of things to do, and places to eat. She was always very responsive whenever I reached out with a question. It was our first time visiting San Diego, and we will definitely be back to stay at the condo.

Beautiful Beachfront Rental

My sister and I took our mom to San Diego to celebrate her 70th birthday. I looked high and low for the perfect rental and I'm happy I chose this one. The standouts: amazing location (only a walking/bike riding path between the unit and the sand), access to an elevator for our mom, designated parking, the to-die-for sunset view, easy communication with Emmy, and cleanliness of the unit. I would 10/10 rent this unit again.

Great location and easy communication with owners!

My family had a wonderful time at this property. The condo has beautiful views throughout and is literally steps away from the beach. The beds are comfortable and we felt the place was clean. Some of the flooring and window treatments are a bit tired, but nothing that impacted the quality of our stay. For families with littles, be aware the condo is not child proof. For example, the stove tips if pressure is applied and the glass kitchen table moves around fairly easily. These are not issues for adults or older kids but something to keep in mind for young kids. Overall, I highly recommend!!

Perfect location

The condo was perfect! The beds were really comfortable with super soft bedding! Plenty of towels, bathroom & kitchen supplies. The location of the condo is so amazing! The view off the patio is something that you’ve got to see for yourself! There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. The condo comes with a garage spot which was really nice. We have a larger SUV and it was a little tight but definitely doable. We had to use the washer/dryer a few times and we were thankful that was available. You pay for the washer dryer usage by an app on your phone, super convenient! Emmy was very responsive to each of my messages and requests. We were even able to extend our stay right on the spot since there was availability. We were really happy here! It was a little cold and cloudy during our stay but I guess that is somewhat normal for June in San Diego. Thank you, we will be back!

Just what then”doctor” ordered.

Don’t let the outside facade fool you; once you step into the place, you are stunned by the views, the attention to details, and the flow of Ocean air from the beautiful covered deck , the master bedroom, all the way back to the guest room.no room disappoints. Our host was spot-on with communication and always ready to help us with any questions we had within minutes of texting her. The location can’t be beat: close enough to EVERYTHING (shops, restaurants, etc.) , but removed enough from bars, etc., that might keep you up at night. Went there with my husband and two adult boys (20 and 22). They lived it, and talked about a return trip on our way back to Seattle:))

Just perfect. My family and I had the best time!! Location was perfect. Walk to restaurants, rent surf boards or other beach gear. Property has chairs, umbrella and boogie boards too!
