Great location and wonderful property. Fully stocked kitchen! The house needs some TLC as the back deck is rotting where you walk up to the screened in porch after using the outdoor shower. The host denied us a late check out on Thursday due to a new party coming in later that day. The host then reported on Saturday that the bed frame’s main center piece was broken. We declined the accusation due to the delay in reporting but were still charged for the replacement. Make sure you inspect the house when you arrive and before you leave to avoid bogus charges.

Great stay - lovely neighborhood - awesome beach

Really nice stay - very clean house - air conditioner worked better than we anticipated which was nice especially on the very hot days. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend with family. Beautiful home, very clean, well appointed kitchen, and we all had plenty of space to spread out for games, conversation, and reading. Mike was wonderful for all of the communications--we felt very informed and welcome.

We had a fantastic week at the House of Reilly! The house was very roomy and comfortable for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we really appreciated having two dining tables, as well as both a living room and a family room. That layout was especially nice because the adults could have some time and space away from the kids when needed!The bunk room was definitely the kids' favorite and became the fun room all week. It was great having a space that was truly theirs.We were a little curious about having only one air conditioner, but it turned out not to be an issue at all. With ceiling fans throughout the house and the shade from the trees, the house stayed comfortably cool during our stay.The screened-in porch was another great bonus. It gave us a wonderful place to relax outside without having to deal with the bugs. And having access to the private association beach was a huge plus. The beach is beautiful, and we never get tired of the amazing beaches of Southwest Michigan.Overall, the House of Reilly was a wonderful place for our family getaway. Lots of space, a great layout, a fun atmosphere for the kids, and a fantastic location.

LOVED LOCATION WITH PARK PRACTICALLY IN BACK YARD AND BEACH RIGHTS

Great house. We had 3 little ones and the step down to family room was something we had to watch with 2 and 3 year old. Many amazing glass décor items that complimented house. However, with 3 children under 6, I would advise an adult to go through and move those all up high upon arrival. Many amenities in kitchen that were helpful. Location was amazing for the kids with the park practically outside our back yard. Our trip was end of May, so spent lots of time at park. Enjoyed beach close by. I'm sure beach rights in the summer would be an amazing bonus.Great communication with host and Mike even let us move our booking up a day since no-one was there the week before, which was so helpful getting into town for a wedding before the holiday weekend traffic. So appreciative of that!

Great location, relaxing trip

The property is hard to be certain about from the pictures, but rest assured, it's perfect and the pictures don't do it justice. This is a clean, roomy place in a perfect location - close to beach and the backyard is adjacent to a small park with playground. Cute little town; winter or summer, you can't go wrong.

We had a wonderful time! House is clean, fun and close to the beach.

My friends and I had a lovely time celebrating a quarantine 30th birthday! Was nice to get away from the city for a bit and this house was a great fit! The house was stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed to make great meals and we had a lovely short walk down to the water. Thanks for the great escape!
