About this property

"An-Ty-Bian" Cabin

This house is located in the district of Paramé, less than a kilometre from the magnificent Sillon beach. Completely renovated, your stay will take place in an elegant and warm atmosphere. You will have access to the shops and services of the district in less than 10 minutes on foot. Also nearby is the market square and covered halls, as well as a bus stop 80m away (direct line to the train station in particular). The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, all with access to the terrace, a double bedroom with a bed (160/200), a separate toilet and a shower room.
The 1st floor consists of two double bedrooms (2 twin beds of 80/190), another bedroom with a single bed (90/190), and a shower room with toilet.
No need to bring your own sheets, the beds will be made on arrival for stays of more than 7 nights.
They are all equipped with duvets.
Bed linen and towels optional for stays of less than 7 nights for 15€/pers (possibility to bring your own linen). A check for 100€ for cleaning will be requested on arrival and returned on departure (subject to a complete cleaning carried out) ***

Absolutely beautiful property. The host was amazing and very helpful. Great location minutes away from the walled-city and the beach. Clean and spacious house with a nice backyard for relaxing. Listing is accurate we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Modern stylish plenty of facilities.. Good location in great neighborhood. Close to restaurants and shops. Easy to reach the beaches, and to get to the old city..

Great place

The house is large, modern, clean and well equipped. It suited two couple because we could have one floor each! The garden is sunny and private. The local centre is a 10 minute wak and includes boulangeries, restaurants and a market. The Bookabach website says linen is included but we were charged an extra 60.

Super petit séjour réalisé fin Juin. La maison située sur les hauteurs de St-Malo était particulièrement agréable, un petit cocon récemment entièrement rénové et super bien aménagé, ni trop petit ni trop grand, on s'y sent vraiment bien.Le quartier du Paramé très chouette et sûr, bien desservi par les lignes de Bus si l'on souhaite (compter 8mn en voiture, soit 3,5km du centre-ville St Malo, 46mn à pieds...)Bref, le séjour fût plutôt court, mais nous avons énormément apprécié. Et l'hôte très sympathique, RAS. Encore un grand Merci !

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in Saint Malo

Gut ausgestattetes, schönes Ferienhaus in Saint Malo. Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort. Sehr gut waren die drei Schlafzimmer und eigenes Badezimmer im OG, sowie im EG ein Schlafzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Der Garten ist klein, aber ausreichend und gut möbliert zum draußen essen und entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig (Bäcker etc.) bzw. Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten (Supermarkt).

Jounée très agréable

Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables à Saint-Malo. La maison est soignée et on a tout dont on a besoin. Seul point négativ est qu'il n'y a pas de porte de jardin, donc il faut faire attention à ses enfants. Mais Carole nous l'a dit avant la réservation, c'etait elle qui ne voulait pas louer à nous ;-). Merci et au revoir!

Exactement comme sur les photos, maison avec un emplacement idéal, prêt de tout à 10 min à pied de la plage à 10 min en voiture de St Malo centre, à 15 min de Cancale, et 50 min du Mt St Michel, bref une très bonne situation, en ce qui concerne la maison, très pratique très propre et décoration fait avec avec goût! ! Propriétaire très sympa et joignable. Au prochain passage sur St Malo on repasse par chez vous, merci

séjour parfait

nous sommes enchantées par notre séjour. La maison est très belle, très agréable, moderne, très bien équipée et décorée, et confortable. Tout est bien pensé et d'utilisation facile. Elle est située dans un quartier tranquille qui permet de se déplacer facilement à pied vers le centre ville et la plage du Sillon. La communication avec les propriétaires est fluide et agréable. Super séjour !
