With tranquil woodland views, generous living spaces, and three comfortable bedrooms each with their own en‑suite or private bathroom, this is the perfect base for families and friends looking to relax and explore the Angus coast.
There is comfort & space for everyone The cottage sleeps 6 across three bedrooms:
-One double bedroom with en‑suite shower room -Two twin bedrooms (can be made into doubles) -Two additional private bathrooms -A downstairs WC adds extra convenience, and a fold‑out bed can be provided for an additional child.
The large sitting room is a favourite with guests – cosy, inviting, and perfect for gathering together after a day out. Enjoy plenty of comfortable seating, soft lighting, and the warmth of a log‑burning stove.
There is a private outdoor Terrace with woodland access Step outside to your private terrace with outdoor seating and a BBQ – ideal for relaxed meals in the fresh air. A path leads directly into Kinblethmont’s beautiful woodlands, where birdsong and peaceful trails make every walk a pleasure.
Kinblethmont Estate – A Hidden Gem The cottage sits in the heart of the estate, surrounded by mature trees and wildlife. This property has been in the Ramsay family who own the estate buildings and surrounding farm for generations It was originally housing for the Kinblethmont house chauffeur. Over the years it became disused and semi-derelict. Then in 200 the family decided to branch our into holiday accommodation and converted the cottage along with the neighboring Studio into a holiday let in 2007
