Regal Residence is an elegant apartment blending period character with contemporary comfort. Decorative ceiling roses, ornate ironwork and a striking claw foot roll top bath reflect the building`s heritage, with modern styling throughout creating a comfortable, welcoming space to stay.

Living Space
The apartment is arranged across the first and second floors of a traditional semi detached property. The first floor features a spacious lounge filled with natural light, overlooking a stained glass window from a former historic art gallery, with comfortable modern furniture throughout.

Kitchen and Dining
The fully equipped kitchen sits alongside a dining area seating up to eight guests.

Bedrooms
The apartment offers three bedrooms. Two feature king size beds (one convertible to twins), while the third includes a king size sofa bed. One bedroom is on the first floor, with the remaining two reached via a short curved staircase to the second floor.

Bathroom
The main bathroom includes a freestanding claw foot roll top bath and a large walk in shower cubicle. There is also a separate WC on the first floor.

Amazing five star stay in beautiful property

My husband and I loved everything about this property! It was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The setting of Broughty Ferry was picturesque and we were able to walk to shops and the beach quite easily. We plan to return and would recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting the area!

Fabulous stay in fantastic apartment

This property is in a great location close to the m shops and amenities in Broughty Ferry. The apartment itself is beautifully presented and very clean. It had everything we wanted and there was ample space for four adults and two teenagers. Would highly recommend and definitely intend to use this apartment again.
