Five bedroom, two bathroom home in desirable Eastward Look. This home is perfectly situated within walking distance to Scarborough Beach. Many amenities including central air, flat screen TV's in every bedroom with multiple channels, beach chairs and an outdoor shower. The first floor offers a spacious living area, kitchen with breakfast bar, dining room, two bedrooms and bathroom. The second floor has three additional bedrooms and a full bathroom in the hallway.
Please note: All photos do not depict current property details. The following have been changed:
Carpets have been removed, all floors are either wood or tile. There is no enclosed deck in the backyard, it has been changed to a stone patio.

Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet, and the security deposit collected will total $700.00

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.

Beware of unethical owner

My family and I stayed at this property the third week in July. We arrived late Saturday night and went to the beach early Sunday morning. When we arrived home the glass table outside was shattered, it was an extremely windy day 30 mph winds. I immediately texted the number given to me while my elderly mother called. The girl we spoke to was very nice saying someone would be by to clean it up and replace the table. I texted for three days, with the same excuse…someone would be by. I finally gave up and we ate indoors for the remainder of the trip. Last week I only received half of my security deposit back, charging me for the cleanup and new table. I requested an explanation and received nothing. My family and I had absolutely nothing to do with the cheap glass table breaking, but yet forced to pay for it. Completely unprofessional company and business practice. I definitely would never stay with another Lila Delman property and especially never that house again. I have hired a lawyer and plan on taking the owner to small claims court.

Nice house, location, needs some fixes.

We were a party of 8 adults. The house was nice, linens and towels were provided. The furniture could use an update. The couches "sucked you in" and help was needed getting out! The matresses could be replaced. The patio and grill were great. Wasn't a bad walk to the beach.
