This recently updated summer rental is the perfect place to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf, with its proximity to Scarborough Beach and all its attractions. Located just a short walk away, Scarborough Beach offers pristine sandy shores and refreshing ocean waters. Black Point is also a short walk away for scenic hiking along the shore. This charming property has undergone recent updates, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for you and your guests. Step inside to find a welcoming and well-appointed interior, where you can relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The spacious living areas provide room for socializing and creating lasting memories. You'll find two queen size beds as well as a pull-out sofa for the extra guest. All furniture was purchased new in spring 2023.

Outside, a private yard offers a tranquil space for outdoor activities or simply soaking up the sunshine. Whether you're having a barbecue with friends and family or just lounging on the patio, the backyard provides a perfect retreat.

In addition to the beach, this home is conveniently located near various attractions, including restaurants, bike trails, playgrounds, and even free summer concerts. You'll have easy access to multiple state beaches and the opportunity to explore the natural beauty of the area.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

Great location & Value

The recently-redone home was cute and in a hidden good location for the price. It had the space we needed to balance several people visiting in and out. For our needs it was super convenient to the pier, friend’s homes, Point Judith etc - all within 2.5 miles. However, it did lack many details for a short-term rental: Coffee maker but no coffee cups (Dollar Store); linens from previous renters stayed on front porch the entire week; back patio was so dirty we could not even use it (hose); we had to re-configure rooms just to plug in electronic devices (power strips/USB). I trust they will clean up the details to cater to their main audience and then this will be a gem of a short-term rental.
