Home Sweet Lake Home is a beautifully built home located in a gated community with a heated private pool. Only steps away from Lake LBJ, you will have access to a boat ramp and designated boat slip & waverunner/jetski platform in the neighborhood marina. The amenity center just down the street also provides lots of entertainment options: communal pool, sand volleyball, basketball goal, pickle ball, foosball, and ping pong. It is conveniently located close to restaurants, the grocery store, and seconds away from the Legends Golf Course!

Downstairs: Both Master bedroom and Second Guest Bedroom are downstairs and each have a king sized bed. Master has a walk-in shower and Second Guest has a soak tub and shower.

Upstairs: The Third Guest Bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and adjoining soak tub and shower.

Flat screen TVs with internet connectivity are in the living room, master bedroom and upstairs loft area; all are smart devices. Quartz countertops in the kitchen and vinyl floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. Utility room with high-efficient washer and dryer are included.

The large back patio is ideal for entertaining with a private pool and four (4) chaise lounge chairs with cushions. A bluetooth speaker is provided along with corn hole setup. A propane grill is also included for grilling.

Bring your boat or waverunner/jetski or rent one here. Use the designated covered boat slip and/or waverunner/jetski platform located at the private marina — included with rental; the boat slip is equipped with a universal electric universal lift. The Clearwater Harbor Marina is located on a "no wake" cove.

Fishing is great right off the lakefront. Poles and tackle are provided.

We are located just 5 minutes from Kingsland with easy access to grocery shopping (HEB), dining and boat rentals (Splash Boat Rentals & WaveChasers).

We offer a relaxed cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to our guests.

We certainly want to make sure all of our guests feel safe. In between all rentals, we are taking extra precautions to ensure that everything is properly sanitized. In addition to a regular thorough cleaning of the home and all surfaces with bleach products, we make sure to Lysol all fabric surfaces and clean all light switches and door handles. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns and we will make sure to address them the best we can.

BOOK this house NOW…

Just finished our stay here for the extended July 4th weekend with our adult “kids” and their spouses. This house is perfect in every way- comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms, plenty of space to entertain, and an available covered boat slip (with lift) and a jetski ramp. There’s also a big patio in the back yard and a private pool. Jeff, the owner, is extremely responsive and accommodating and he checked in with us frequently to make sure our stay was great. Your search is over, if this place is available you can book this house with confidence!

This was the second time we've stayed at the property, which should give you an indication of how much we loved it the first time around. The owner/manager of the property is spot on with communication and checking in to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The Boat dock is a short walk from the house, and the pool at the house is a great second option. The home came equipped with a bunch of extra's to include access to paddle boards and fishing equipment which we were able to utilize. My daughter caught her first fish, and went on to catch 7 more! Jeff was great in laying out all the information necessary and more! As his family enjoys the lake throughout the year they included a list of their favorite spots (which I'm pretty sure are now our favorites to) You won't go wrong for the price point and you'll love watching the sun set behind the house while the kids splash in the pool! We will be back again, maybe sooner than last year :)

Amazing!

Our stay was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep and the whole house was very pretty and clean! It's not right on the lake but it was still close enough that we could walk a bit and go swiming! The paddle boards at the house were with BIG hit we used them almost everyday! We also really enjoyed the amenities especially the pickle ball court and all the equipment to play was already at the house which was very nice. Overall a very good stay and would definitely do it again!

Fantastic Family Lake Get-Away

We had a fantastic visit over Memorial Day with our three children. The home is extremely clean, well organized and comfortable. The pool, which is relatively small and not very deep, was perfect for young children. We also enjoyed the amenity center, which includes a larger pool. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We will return.

Amazing Stay

Everything was perfect on our stay. The house was very clean and well maintained. We took advantage of the basketball court, pickle ball court and sand volleyball court every day and owner of property had sports supplies although we brought our own. We also took advantage of owners kayaks/SUP which we spent several hours on the lake. The pool and grill were as advertised both clean and well functioning. Owner was very attentive to questions and our stay was great. We had wife’s parents and our five kids and the space was perfect. We definitely stay here again. Obviously out of the owners control and I don’t hold him responsible for this but there is a lot of new construction and work would start at 7am. Definitely loved the location and amenities.

Great home for a family vacation.

This house was beautiful and clean. We had 2 toddlers and 1 a 7 month old baby with us and it was perfect. The house had kid plates, spoons, bowls and cups. Also had pool toys for the little one. Freddy was very attentive and responding when I needed something. We will be coming back! Great home!

Beautiful clean house with amazing pool. Great location on the lake. It was really nice to have a boat slip with a lift for our tritoon boat. Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed for our stay. The pool is perfect to relax and let the kids play. The location is perfect—a few steps to the marina, 5 minute drive to town for store and restaurants, etc. The owner responded quickly before and during stay.
