The Space:

*** IMPORTANT NOTICE: The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – April 2026). Dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit is open but features a temporary railing. You may also experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time, and access to the heated pool may occasionally vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.

The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. The heated pool hours may vary by day and may be closed at times, but it is generally open from dusk until 11:00 PM.

This coastal condo is only footsteps away from the blue gulf waves and soft sandy shores. Your location gives you the best of both worlds when exploring the area. Panama City Beach's shops, restaurants, and venues, like Ripley's Believe It Or Not, are only a few minutes away by car. Meanwhile, attractions like Gulf World and Pier Park to the west are easy to reach, too.

When you're not visiting the rides of Shipwreck Island Waterpark down the road or enjoying on-site pools and hot tubs, you can retreat to your condo to relax. The balcony provides truly breathtaking ocean views to admire. Inside, the living area features cushy furnishings for relaxing with the flatscreen cable TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the tools and appliances you need to cook your favorite meals.  The unit also has a washer and dryer!   Use the free WiFi to find a fun recipe and get cooking!

Excellent Condo

The condo was excellent upon arrival and the check in process easy. The only complaint we had was the pool closed at 8pm every night. If you have young children that like to swim, I wouldn’t recommend this condo. The point of coming to the beach is to be able to enjoy the amenities. This is no fault of the owner and the condo was a 10 plus. Not sure if the owner is even aware of the rudeness the security displayed on evacuating the pool. This was not ok and I’ve never had a pool to shut down at 8 Pm. Beyond ridiculous in my personal opinion.

Dear Hope, Thanks for visiting! The pool/hot tubs closure was listed in the top of the description. It was a temporary closure due to PCB new night swimming requirements that had to be met. It has since been fixed and Pools/hot tubs have resumed their normal hour. Again, we are sorry you did not see the information at booking. Glad you did enjpyed everything else and hope that you come back visit again now that we are back to normal. Thanks!
