The property is currently undergoing a balcony restoration project (September 2025 – May 2026). Please note that dates are subject to change depending on weather and construction progress. The balcony for this unit has been completed and is fully accessible. However, you may still experience construction noise in other areas of the property during this time. Occasionally, access to the heated pool may vary due to ongoing work. Please note that no refunds, discounts, or relocations will be provided due to construction-related noise or temporary amenity limitations.



Amenities Update: The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool. Please note these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.

The check-in process was phenomenal! So quick and easy. The host always responded back fast and helped with anything I needed. The condo itself was prettier in person than the pictures depicted. Would recommend this to anyone.
