My family enjoyed this place for our home base in San Diego. We liked the rooftop views and getting the ocean breeze. The pizza spot close to the rental was amazingly good! The beach and coffee stand are only a couple blocks away. We got a small car so that we could park it in the garage but it is impossible to get into so we had to park in the street. Beware of the street sweeping- we got a ticket because we didn’t see the sign. Would be nice to have AC in the master room but it was ok since we were out during the day. My older son complained that the loft needed shades because the street lights are bright and pointed towards there.

Host was very transparent and communicated well. This house is located in an amazing location to the beach, restaurants and bars. The rooftop area is where we cooked, ate every meal and coffee.

We had a wonderful time spending Mother's Day at Ocean Beach. This property was perfectly located, only two blocks from the beach, we could walk there in 3 minutes and there was several amazing little coffee shops within 3-5 min walking, and 10-15 min walking to a row of delicious restaurants. Booking, checking-in, and communication with the host was very easy! Everything was very clean, the kitchen was stocked with any items needed for cooking, the beds were very comfortable. Having a garage was very convenient when street parking wasn't available. There are quite a bit of stairs but the rooftop terrace is worth it with a wonderful view of palm trees and you can see the ocean. The bottom floor has its own little suite which was perfect for us. They even had boogie boards available to use at the beach. I highly recommend this property if staying in San Diego/Ocean Beach.

Excellent location

The location of this place is ideal. Walking distance to anything you might need like a cvs, restaurants, convenient stores and the beach. We really enjoyed the dog beach nearby. Place was clean and orderly. Looking forward to our next visit.

Awesome stay in Ocean Beach!

Great location in close proximity to the beach and great restaurants. The house was clean and tidy. Pedro was very accommodating, especially with our two infants. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to San Diego!

The location was great and we loved the rooftop patio. The downstairs bedroom with the futon had no bedding whatsoever. Most of the furniture was damaged and worn. The place could definitely use a deep clean. There was nowhere to eat and very limited seating. The a/c spit out black stuff

Great location!

We loved our stay! We were able to easily walk to the beach, coffee and food. While the house is narrow, it was comfortable and unique. We enjoyed lunch on the roof with a beautiful view and slept great. We definitely recommend!!

Great neighborhood house

The rooftop deck was amazing! The house is one block from the beach. Great local Mexican eateries. Recommend Cliffs Cafe for breakfast! I would go back there again.

Looked for a property with parking, welcome email said only medium vehicles could fit when the listing only said large vehicles could find it challenging. Listing also said it had parking for 2 vehicles, the property only had parking for one small vehicle.
