This is a very comfortable house in a nice neighborhood. It is a spacious home with a nice outdoor space, comfortable beds, and a well stocked kitchen. Wendy is a thoughtful host and quick to respond when communicating. There were only two of us, but the home will fit six plus easily.

Outstanding hospitality in a nice, quiet neighborhood!

I spent just under a week at this property, and it was absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the property is exceptionally maintained. It was the perfect retreat after long days working in town. I highly recommend this property for any stay, and I would absolutely stay here again!

This is not a luxury property. The kitchen had old /cheap utensils, pots and pans need upgrades and basic panty items should be replaced. The closets had ONE hanger. I am not aware of anyone who brings hangers when traveling. The master bedroom had no closet access. In fact, many doors and drawers had large locks. Not welcoming at all. The backyard was disappointing.. dirty patio furniture, leaves and debris everywhere. This could have easily been avoided with simply racking the backyard. The entire yard was covered in weeds.

Thank you for your review. We do want to address several points for the benefit of future guests. At no point during your stay did you reach out to us with any of these concerns. Had you done so, we would have been happy to resolve them immediately — that’s exactly why we make ourselves available throughout every stay. Addressing issues after checkout, rather than giving us the opportunity to fix them in the moment, isn’t something we’re able to do much about. Our listing clearly states which closets are accessible to guests, so we’re surprised this came as a disappointment. Likewise, locked cabinet doors are a completely standard practice in short-term rentals — owners maintain a small private storage space, and this in no way impacts the guest experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and utensils. However, if you had asked for something specific, we could have accomodated your request. We’re confident in what this property offers and in how it is represented in our listing. We wish you well in your future travels.

Great for visiting family

This was a great house for us to stay while visiting family. We were able to host a dinner for 7 of us comfortably. There were no steps so elderly parents had no trouble getting into the house.

This is my second stay here and it was just as good as the last time. I feel right at home. It's comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, the washer and dryer are easy to use. The beds are comfortable as well. We enjoyed the outdoor space, as before. It's in a good neighborhood and feels like home.

Great Get Away!

My husband and I were looking for a getaway from Austin and Paris it was! I am from Paris so when I saw this listing and general location I knew it sounded perfect. The home was just as you see it online. It was very clean, very quiet, very comfortable and we felt safe. Wendy was great! She was responsive, friendly and accommodating. When in Paris again I will certainly look up this listing again!

Beautiful, well equipped home!

Our stay here was wonderful! We were in town for the ASA archery tournament at Love Civic Center. We were only 5-7 mins from the archery ranges and restaurants, which was extremely convenient. This is a nice quiet neighborhood, and the house met all of our expectations. We will definitely consider staying here again next year for the 2022 ASA tournament. My only recommendation would be a walkway or sidewalk from the driveway to the back patio to make the back entrance more convenient, especially when it’s wet and rainy. Other than that, it was excellent!
