Upgrade your Paris visit by staying in this luxury 2600 sqft custom home located in a neighborhood on a 1 AC lot. Spacious 4 BR/2B/3-car brick 1-story home has plenty of custom features like 10 & 12 foot ceilings, Stainless Steel appliances, granite countertops to ensure you experience comfort. The Kitchen is equipped with items to cook your meals during your stay. Master Bedroom (with Roku TV) has its private sitting area, bath and walk-in closet. Other bedrooms (2 have King beds and 1 has twin beds) use spacious Hall Bath. All King beds have 680 thread count Pima Cotton sheets. All mattresses and pillows bought in 2023 and encasement mattresses pads to protect against spills and bugs. Many other new items and furniture bought in 2023 like sofa and TV. Carpet in all bedrooms was replaced in 2022 and rest of home has light tile flooring. Home has a Breakfast area off large Kitchen with Bar seating. The Dining Room opens to Den that has a sofa, chair & ottoman, and barley twist chair, gas log fireplace, Bar area, and a ROKU TV for easy streaming. There is a covered back patio with a gas grill and opens to large 26’ x 16’ deck with 4 benches.

Need to work remotely? There is a large private office behind French doors to work remotely with 300 speed WIFI & desk with office chair & sofa.

Paris Texas has one many events planned. Check out the Lamar Co. Chamber of Commerce website https://business.paristexas.com/events/calendar…. Events like 903 Sunset Concerts, Summer Celebration Fireworks, 39th Annual Tour de Paris, Southern Drag Boat Association Racing, etc. This house is listed with the Chamber too.

Whether you are coming to Paris for a family event, work, golf tournament, or wedding this home will make your visit comfortable and special. Sorry but no pets allowed at this property at any time during your stay.

Start the dishwasher

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please be sure to turn up AC to 80 degrees in summer or tuen heat down to 60 degrees in winter. Be sure that gas grill is off if you used it. Please do not leave food in refrigerator or freezer

Leave dirty towels hanging on hooks/ rods in baths or on hooks over closet doors in bedrooms. Leave beds unmade so we know which are dirty. Please do not throw comforters and blankets on the floor.

There is plenty of space to fold and put on walk-in closet shelves. You can park in garages. Please be sure that garage doors are down upon leaving. Text upon departing please. Thank you

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No tampons in toilets.This will stop drains to septic system. If plumber is required to unstop during or after stay, fee will be taken out of deposit.

Use single parking space to the right of the driveway w/access to front walk. Driveway is share w/detached garage apt. and can't be blocked.

TV APPs are available for guests to use for all free items and movies. Please no additional charges or they will be taken out of your deposit.

This is an absolutely impeccable home with spacious, clean living quarters, comfortable luxurious king beds, sauna tub in the master, and a beautiful yard in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is well-stocked, and the ping pong table is a hit for the teens. The photos and descriptions are spot on. Mary Helen is a wonderful host and this home made our stay extra special for us. If you’re in the Paris area (or even if you’re not), it’s a great get away with all the luxuries of a five star stay! Highly recommend!
