This apartment was very clean and convenient to train station. Parking was nice to have. We had everything we needed for our stay. Michel was available to answer any questions. Would recommend!

Good location, quiet, parking. We appreciated the laundry facilities but the instructions were difficult. Overall quite good, well equipped. Sharper kitchen knives would have been helpful. We liked the place.

Part of the appeal of this property was the promised parking. However, it is only the chance of getting a space in a common lot, and spaces are precious. If you return to the property earlier in the afternoon, you can probably find a space, but if you come back at 5 or 6, you probably won't. Street parking is free from 7-9:30, but that is not common knowledge nor is it provided in information from the host.The washer is a great benefit, but it's a combination unit so clothes are washed but always come out damp if not wet and have to be air dried.The host was not great at communicating after we checked in. We couldn't find the parking lot and his reply was to look at the information already sent without answering the question.The apartment is a good size and functional, but I'd keep looking if you're staying in this area.

Vous n'avez visiblement pas apprécié votre séjour, j'en suis navré, mais peut être avez-vous réservé en dessous de vos espérances ! Mon évaluation sur les deux appartements que je propose est de 4,95 pour près de 300 appréciations. Les réponses que je vous ai faites était en phase avec l'empathie de vos questions. Vous avez malheureusement trouvé une assiette souillée en bas de la pile et je m'en suis excusé, peut être n'était il pas nécessaire de la laisser en exposition, peut être auriez vous pu la mettre dans le lave vaisselle que vous n'avez pas vidé. Vous avez détruit le bac à glaçons, les 2$ inférieurs à 2€, ont-ils été laissés par provocation ? Votre hatitude tout au long de votre séjour n'a été que dédain, je souhaite ne plus jamais vous recevoir.

Excellent choice for our stay in Caen. Michel was great in communicating with us and promptly answered all our inquiries. The location is perfect for touring Caen and the D-Day beaches. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The apartment is well equipped and clean and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows could be upgraded. Overall, we would highly recommend this apartment.

Our experience was wonderful! The check-in process was very clear and secure. The apartment was spacious, and exactly like the photos. It was clean, fully furnished and in a great location. Lovely apartment. It was clean, and the kitchen was awesome! Had everything you needed when you wanted to stay in for the evening. There was also a patisserie, a chocolate shop, a pharmacy, and a market directly across the street. It was very centrally located for anyone wanting to see all the sites in Normandy, including the WWII cemeteries and beaches. The only thing missing that would have been helpful was restaurant suggestions in the vicinity by the proprietor.

Beautiful accommodations downtown Caen.

This property was absolutely lovely. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. We were within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and shopping. It was also very easy to drive out of the city from the location.

Very comfortable, spacious . Rain shower is apartment located near train station. Grocery store and bakery in same street. The apartment was a great base for exploring the attractions of Normandy. Brilliant stay

This is a fantastic, well equipped apartment, with everything you could possibly need for a break in the city. The position is great for public transport as well as being with easy walking distance of the city centre and all the attractions of Caen. The owner is very helpful and approachable.

Excellent property in a great location

We had a wonderful stay in this location. The owner was kind and left treats as a welcome. It is modern, clean, safe and has an elevator! The parking was very important to us and we had no problem with accessing it. It was very close to a grocery and bakery. Highly recommend this location as a base for travels in this area.

This was the ideal place for our one-week stay. Perfect location just across the river from central Caen and it’s delights. Very central location for day-trips, touring in Normandy. The host was very helpful and easy to reach before and during our stay. Local bakery, grocery and many restaurants gave our trip the wonderful, neighborhood feel we longed for. Clean, comfortable, stylish…perfect for a “couples” getaway week. Thank you.
