The Residence

Just a stone’s throw from the picturesque village of Rochefort-en-Terre and less than 30 minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Morbihan and Vannes, stay at the “Domaine de Kerioche” on the Moulin Neuf pond. A place that combines nature, ecology, historical heritage, and modernity. Surrounded by a 15-hectare body of water and set within a 30-hectare wooded park, stay in an exceptional residence nestled in a tree-lined, pedestrian-friendly park overlooking the Moulin Neuf lake.

The spacious cottages on this estate, which can accommodate up to 6 people, have been designed to provide you with all the comfort and amenities you need for a successful holiday. Each cottage also features a large furnished terrace where you can share unforgettable moments.

For even greater peace of mind, our resort is entirely pedestrian-only. A large car park allows you to park your car safely and free of charge during your stay.

When it comes to recreation, the “Domaine de Kerioche” offers a wide range of sports and recreational facilities for the whole family (tennis, mountain biking, multi-sport field, fitness trail…), access to the heated outdoor pool at the “Domaine du Moulin Neuf,” a beach with a water sports centre, and playgrounds.
