Thanks to this relaxing, soothing and positive energy place that sits on a secluded hillside, surrounded by a large plot of land with no direct vis-à-vis.
holiday rental, quality services; very comfortable bedding, 3 bedrooms with 160x200 bed, one with bunk bed 90x200. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. In the garage a laundry room with washing machine. For ideal comfort all year round, the living room is equipped with a pellet stove, complete with an electric heater, 127cm TV, barbecue, bluetooth stereo.
You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets with this stunning view. The terrace with its pergola offers welcome shade on hot summer days.
The private 8x4 heated swimming pool (secured by an electric shutter), the large garden enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
300 metres from the house, you will discover the small town of Bors, take the time to taste a craft beer at the Pub and you will never run out of bread thanks to the vending machine (breads, croissants, chocolatines...)
10 minutes by car, in the pretty town of Montmoreau you will find restaurants, shops, pharmacy, bakery, tobacconist, a supermarket..., and 10 minutes to the village of Aubeterre sur Dronne, with its Monolithic church classified as a historical monument, a lake with beach, golf, canoeing, fishing and many restaurants.
And what a surprise for your taste buds! Our region is full of flavours! Cognac, Pineau, foie gras...

A great location with a fabulous pool and views. The sunsets were amazing. We had a very relaxing holiday here and this was our first visit to France as a family in four years. A lovely spot.

It was an unknown quantity when booking, but so fantastic when we got there host were there to greet us and explain things to us although my French was not brilliant we worked well with translation. As for the Gite no complaints it was very comfortable. well equipped some of the best beds we slept in in France view is fantastic Pool very clean and warm weather didn't expect the heat wave. It was lovely sunset I've been the best we've ever had in France. Village was lovely. Local bar was enjoyable. Definitely want to return next year. Thank you to our House we had a wonderful time.

Très bon séjour à Bors, le grand terrain est très agréable, c'est un vrai plus pour cette maison.Quelques jolis villages autour. Aurélie nous a très bien accueillie et a été très réactive quand nous en avons eu besoin, merci beaucoup !

Très bon accueil de la part d'Aurelie et Jonathan, super sympa. Maison dans la campagne au calme, super agréable, accueilli par un chevreuil la 1er jour, de magnifiques couchés de soleil à couper le souffle tous les soirs. Rien à dire, je reviendrais 😊

Parfait

Maison au top et au calme avec une vue splendide. Tout y est pour se sentir comme chez soi. Piscine très bien exposée avec une vue magnifique. La terrasse est idéale pour y manger ou se prélasser. Les propriétaires sont adorables et soucieux que tout se passe au mieux, très bonne communication. Bref, que du bonheur. Juste une envie, y revenir.

Maison très agréable avec une superbe vue

Maison très fonctionnelle et bien décorée dans un environnement très calme, avec une vue imprenable sur les magnifiques couchers de soleil ! Le distributeur de pain du village est très pratique pour avoir du pain frais et des viennoiseries au petit déjeuner sans aller loin. L’accueil a été parfait, merci à Aurélie pour ce séjour très agréable.
