Wunderschön eingerichtetes und authentisches Ferienhaus. Trotz einiger Spinnweben und kleiner Spinnen - was bei einem alten Haus unvermeidlich ist - war alles gut gereinigt. Das Highlight für uns war der schöne Swimmingpool, der sicher eingezäunt und mit einem Alarm ausgestattet war, so dass wir und unsere Kinder sorglos schwimmen konnten. Schöne Aussicht und Ruhe pur durch die ländliche Lage.

Super sauber und sehr gut präsentiert Eigentum, umgeben von Feldern und der schönen französischen Landschaft. Lokales Geschäft, 10min Fahrradfahrt mit den Grundlagen. Pool-Bereich ist einzigartig und Spaß.

Der Aufenthalt war super! Das Ferienhaus ist komplett ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr komplett, mit einem schönen großen Esstisch, auch das Wohnzimmer ist gemütlich mit stimmungsvoller Beleuchtung und angenehmen Möbeln. Außerdem gibt es im Erdgeschoss ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem Bad mit Massagedusche. Im zweiten Stock befinden sich drei Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, freistehender Badewanne und Massagedusche. Der Außenbereich war auch großartig schöne Terrasse für 10 Personen und schöne Aussicht über die Landschaft und ein altes Schloss. Es gab auch einen privaten Pool, der von den schönen authentischen (stabilen) Mauern mit einem üppigen Garten umgeben war. Wir fanden auch die Lage perfekt, genau zwischen den Regionen Dordogne, Bordeaux und Cognac. Wir besuchten die Weinberge von Saint-Émilion (ca. 1 Stunde) und mehrere Häuser in Cognac (30 Minuten). Schön ist auch die Stadt Bordeaux (ca. 1 Stunde). Haben Sie auch einen schönen Standtag in Royan (ca. 1 Stunde)
