Very Dissappointed

Felt like I was transported back to the 80's. Property felt like it hadnt been cleaned in a while. Was not told of any issues when we arrived, but our entry way was flooded early in the stay due to an air conditioner not working properly. My 78 year old mother fell from the water on the floor and lets just say I was not happy! I called the manager and she said just shut off ac and someone will be up to fix next day. No apology or follow up! BUYER BEWARE! would never rent here again! Thanks for making this trip memorable, but for the wrong reasons!

Dear Jeffrey, I am sincerely sorry about the issue you had with the ac. Since the typhoon on Guam, it has been very dififcult to get someone out to properly fix the ac drainage. Ac repairman finally came out and just disconnected the pipe outside and that fixed the problem. Since then we have had no issues. We are very sorry for the bad experience but please note that we have corrected the problem and it is not longer an issue. I hope you can give us another opportunity to make it right and I want to sincerly apologize again for the bad experience. Update - Jan 2024. Your family did come back and rent from me again and everything was great! Thank you again for staying with us and for making a better impression the second time around.
